Our journey started with another fertility clinic in San Diego, where we unfortunately struggled to make meaningful progress. Much of the burden of coordinating our embryo creation and transfer process fell on us, and after a disappointing experience, we made the decision to transfer our embryos to St. Louis to work with Dr. Rhee. It was, without question, the best decision we could have made. From our very first interaction, Dr. Rhee was professional, compassionate, thoughtful, and deeply invested in helping us achieve a successful outcome. She took the time to answer our questions, explained every step clearly, and made us feel like more than just another patient. Throughout the entire process, we always felt supported and confident that she genuinely cared about our family's journey. As anyone who has gone through IVF knows, there is still a fair amount of coordination and project management involved, but having Dr. Rhee leading our care made all the difference. Her expertise, empathy, and commitment transformed what had previously been a frustrating experience into one that gave us hope and ultimately helped build our family. From the onset of our experience, I felt that Dr Rhee took the time to explain each step, answer all the questions, and also helped me to feel validated and understood given the fertility issues weve had in the past. Dr. Rhee is incredible! I have been with her since day 1 of our fertility journey. She is extremely intelligent and great at explaining the medical process in layman’s terms. She is a great listener and has always made us feel very comfortable, even when discussing very sensitive subjects. Her bedside manner is very professional. Even when I have run into communication hiccups with the nursing / admin staff, she has always been a resource that I have felt comfortable enough to reach out to directly.
