I had the pleasure of speaking with Helen who was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place for mom who are looking and searching. You will not be disappointed.

This Fertility service company posted add Package treatment but price never show in any document. I feel very much cheated. It is like make trap, call people and make money for doing nothing that is benefit to patient.

I am a surrogate through DFS. Helen has helped me throughout the process of surrogacy. Anytime I had a issue Helen was always there to help me find a solution. DFS makes the process for the surrogate and IPs easy and enjoyable. They really make sure the surrogate and IPs are a good match in every way. I am so pleased with the professionalism of DFS that I am going to do another journey with them!! I HIGHLY recommend Diversity Fertility Services to anyone and everyone!!

I would never recommend this agency to anyone. Neither donors nor intended parents. I signed up a while ago and was constantly told very inconsistent information. I was matched but Helen would not tell me what clinic it was with. It made me very uncomfortable. This agency also has awful reviews on all the egg donor/intended parent forums and facebook pages and now I know first hand why that is. It's accurate.

This agency is incredibly flaky. I tried donating with them and was constantly strung along by "matches" that obviously didn't exist and always fell through. Other donors I have spoken to have had similar experiences. I spent months trying to get them to update my profile yet when they failed to do so, it was apparently my fault. This is not how other agencies operate. Additionally, I have heard horror stories from IPs regarding false information presented to them about donors. It's incredibly unfortunate Helen feels the need to write fake reviews to boost her ratings. Antje works for you...why is she leaving a review? LOL Why not just be a better agency instead of appearing to be that way?
