I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Dr. Tanya Williams Fertility Centre. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with so much warmth and kindness by Bushra and Lily at the front reception. They make every visit seamless and set a welcoming, professional, and deeply compassionate atmosphere which is exactly what you need when navigating this journey. Dr Sonia and the nurses Donna, Melissa, and Lori are the absolute heart of the clinic. They were always there to answer my questions, calm my nerves, and provide such warm, compassionate support during every step of the process. I highly recommend Dr. Williams and her wonderful team to anyone looking for a fertility clinic they can trust.

My wife and I started at CReATe as satellite patients while doing IVF outside of Canada. Even though the clinic is very busy, everything was very well organized. We were always seen on time, and the early morning monitoring appointments at 7 a.m. allowed us to finish before work, which made the process much easier. After our IVF cycle was unsuccessful, we decided to continue our treatment at CReATe with Dr. Tanya Williams because of the excellent care we had already received. Dr. Williams is knowledgeable, caring, and truly amazing. The nurses and admin team, especially Mahrukh and Lily, were always professional, kind, and quick to respond to every call, email, and voicemail. We are now happily pregnant and will always be grateful to Dr. Tanya Williams and the entire CReATe team for helping us achieve our dream.

I thank Dr. Tanya Williams for her expertise and availability. After a previous miscarriage, she took the time to call me and, through patient and kind discussions, tried to understand the possible causes, and that's how the problem was found. Once it was resolved, I was able to become pregnant again. This pregnancy didn't have the same complications as the first. Thank you, Dr. Tanya Williams.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Dr. Williams is truly incredible. Before coming to this clinic, we had gone through 4 failed IUI cycles and 1 failed IVF cycle at another clinic. We were devastated, desperate, and did not want to lose another month or waste another cycle. Although Dr. Williams’ schedule was fully booked, I explained my situation to the administration team through tears. To my surprise, they accommodated me within just two days. Dr. Williams acted immediately, without wasting any time or ordering unnecessary tests, and started my treatment the very next day. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I am especially grateful to Donna, Melissa, and Mahrukh for always responding to my questions and concerns. Their kindness, support, and professionalism made me feel cared for every step of the way. I always felt that I was in good hands, and today I have my baby in my arms. I will forever be thankful to Dr. Williams and the entire team for helping make our dream come true.
