I cannot brag about this team enough! From the very beginning, the entire team made us feel like more than just patients—they truly became part of our journey. Everyone is incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely invested in your success every step of the way. We went through reciprocal IVF, and while our first transfer was successful in achieving pregnancy, it unfortunately did not continue to develop. That was one of the hardest experiences we've faced, but the clinic never stopped supporting and encouraging us. They celebrated our victories, grieved our losses alongside us, and always made us feel cared for. We are now pregnant after our second transfer, and we couldn't be more grateful. Their expertise, communication, and personal care have been exceptional throughout this entire process. They answered every question, eased our worries, and treated us with so much compassion. If you're looking for a fertility clinic that combines outstanding medical care with a team that truly cares about you as a person, this is the one! We will always be thankful for everything they've done to help us grow our family.

I've been waiting to give a review and at almost 3 weeks postpartum, it's finally time. Clear instructions, clear goals, answered any and every silly question I had. Staff is amazing and friendly and I LOVE the girl at the front desk. Thank you Coastal Fertility. The longest, hardest journey of my life, but thanks to you I have beautiful baby boy. Shout-out to Nurse Amber in particular for being so patient with me. Hopefully in the future I'll be coming back for round 2.

I cannot say enough about Coastal Fertility. From my first phone call to my graduate scan, everything was amazing. I had the pleasure of working with the Savannah office staff for the majority of my treatment and from seeing Shelly’s smiling face at the front desk, asking Ashley a million questions and Myisha showing me my baby - the whole experience was golden. Of course, Dr. Cook was amazing as well, always made sure I knew what was going on, answered all my questions and was very accommodating to our needs. Throughout this whole process, my anxiety was super high and every one on the staff made me feel 100x better every time I spoke with them. I knew they felt like family to me but hearing how excited they were for our family when the transfer was successful, I know they thought of us as family too. I cannot and will not stop recommending Coastal Fertility to any family who is experiencing fertility issues. My only thing for Savannah families is that you will have to travel to South Carolina multiple times. It’s worth it for sure but just be prepared that there are many things you do up there that the Savannah office is not able to handle. Otherwise, let Coastal make your dreams come true like they did mine. Thank you Dr. Cook and Ashley - I owe you everything.

Holding our baby now all thanks to Coastal Fertility Specialists. I cannot thank our care team, Dr Cook, Keshala or Megan enough. I went to the Savannah clinic where I was always met warmly by the receptionist and the phlebotomist. I also previously had experience with the other reproductive endocrinologist practicing in Savannah... and my experience at Coastal was a million times better than that doctor/office in every single way. I have recommended several people to Coastal. Also, I had concerns after news broke about the embryo mix up. I expressed these concerns to Megan (the NP I was seeing frequently at the Savannah office). Dr Cook called me within a few hours to discuss all the ways the clinic has put in additional procedures and verification processes to make sure that a similar event will not happen. I felt so reassured after talking to her.

I started at another fertility clinic in Savannah and they couldn't even schedule a follow up appointment for me after many many calls. Called Coastal Fertility and they are able to get me in the following week in Mount Pleasant office. I went there twice, first time for initial consultation and second time for the actual procedure. All my follow up appointments were in Savannah. They took care of me well here. All the test results came back quickly. The nurses in Savannah were all friendly and made me feel comfortable to work with. Their price was reasonable and a large portion of my bill was covered by insurance. I got pregnant in my first round of IUI with them, after a failed round of IUI at another clinic. Can't recommend them enough! I'm ready for baby #2 and will come back here soon.
