CNY Fertility Rochester

I really don’t even know where to begin. I had three failed cycles with no real reason why three different doctors Performed my transfer line was great line was beautiful no fluid embryos beautiful But still it failed get in charge for failed results is wild me I was paying to get pregnant, but realizing I’m paying for failed transfers building up a heavy bill at the end of the day with no real reason why it’s not working And all you can say is try again that’s wild to me again paying for failed transfers Me Asking them what can we do differently? Absolutely nothing cause it’s perfect but still haven’t failed transfers

Can't speak highly enough about the CNY Rochester office. Every single staff member is nicer than the next, they take time to answer your questions and respond to any messages in the portal ASAP. I already have and will continue to recommend CNY to friends and family that are about to embark on fertility journey. I also used Strong got a few cycles, they were great but CNY is the way to go.

Awful. The nurses don’t know much, they are just there running every test imaginable charging you out of pocket and not really knowing what they are doing or looking for. We were charged over 800$ with “undetermined results” for testing that I didn’t even need- had only the “doctor” actually looked at our case. There is no actual MD at this location, only nurses and techs who have multiple jobs. Ultrasound techs reading your test results, which I don’t believe they are permitted to do so. With such sensitive situations, we felt they have no compassion and only care about money.

I never doubted that I had an amazing experience at CNY Fertility in Rochester. From the beautiful, comforting design of the building that feels nothing like a medical office to the incredible staff that I truly fell in love with along the way, the care I received there was the very best. After moving to Florida and going to another fertility center, I value my experience with CNY Fertility even more. Their care, compassion and facilities are unmatched.

The staff is lovely, the doctors obviously genuinely care about the outcome of your treatment and about your well being as a patient. The facility feels like your own living room, not a clinic. Affordable pricing does not mean discount - quality treatment. They're wonderful and we owe our daughter to them.
