As a husband/partner going through fertility care, I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the experience we’ve had with CCRM. A lot of the focus naturally goes toward supporting women during this process, but I truly appreciated how supported and respected I felt throughout our journey as well. The receptionist Aliya was also very helpful from the time we walked in. There were parts of the process that could have easily felt uncomfortable or awkward, but the staff handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and discretion. At no point did I feel judged or uncomfortable—instead, I felt informed, supported, and treated with dignity. CCRM has done an incredible job creating an environment where both partners Patricia & I felt included and cared for. Every interaction felt thoughtful, and the team took time to answer questions and make what can be an emotional process feel less overwhelming. Fertility journeys can be vulnerable for couples, and I’m grateful for a team that understands that and supports families as a whole—not just medically, but emotionally too. My experience with CCRM has been nothing short of incredible. Walking into fertility care can feel overwhelming, emotional, and uncertain—but from the moment I became a patient, I felt supported, heard, and cared for every step of the way. I cannot say enough positive things about CCRM. From our first virtual appointment with Dr. Chen to every lab and ultrasound following, our experience was 10/10. Sara Meyer did my HSG and IUI procedures and she made very personal and intimate procedures feel comfortable and safe. Her bedside manner is incredible and she always made me feel that I had her undivided attention. She is a top tier provider that I would recommend to any friend. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and I don’t think I ever waited more than 2 minutes. I am now 8 weeks pregnant from my second round of IUI and baby is healthy thanks to the great care we received from CCRM. Thank you guys so much!!

This has truly been an amazing experience so far in our journey with CCRM! Dr. Chen has been so welcoming and supportive in all of our decisions and always explains everything we go over! Can’t wait for these next steps! The front office team has been amazing in this as well! When we walk in they know who we are and it truly makes a difference in our experience!
