Dr. Cross is, quite simply, extraordinary. I’ve been an IVF patient since 2021, and my journey has been full of setbacks and heartbreak. A year ago, a dear friend urged me to switch to Dr. Cross — and from our very first conversation, everything felt different. She didn’t offer false hope or sweeping promises. Instead, she offered a thoughtful, evidence‑based approach that immediately made sense and has already led to meaningful progress. What sets Dr. Cross apart is how deeply she invests in her patients. My appointment with Dr. Chantal Cross was extremely important and meaningful to me. From the very beginning, I felt truly heard and listened to, which made a significant difference in my overall experience. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely patient-centered in her approach to care. Dr. Cross took the time to understand my concerns and thoughtfully guided me through my situation. Her reassurance and professionalism gave me renewed confidence—especially when she explained that I should expect my period and encouraged me to remain hopeful about the next steps in my journey. I left the appointment feeling supported, informed, and uplifted. I am sincerely grateful for her care and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and attentive physician.

The doctors and nurses are good at their jobs in my experience. It's been a long journey for me but mostly due to inurance related miscommunication, and I've worked with Dr Martini and Dr Cross, both are great. Giving 3 stars becasue I do think their billing department needs some improvement. They use Athenahealth as their billing system, which is very confusing and can cause people panic. Basically there's two versions of the bills coming from Athena, one version charges me services I have already paid for, and another version shows the corret billing from CCRM. So you have to be careful when you get those billing messages from Athena saing that you owe thosands of dollars of services that your insruance/you have already paid for! I ended up talking to the billing manager to get the bottom of this - when loggin into Athena, you need to go to patient portal to view the correct billing and your payment history. The other version is completely bullshit, and I can easily see how this can cause people stress - on top of IVF stress. Other than the system incompetency, some of their billing staff also send me messages on Salve trying to over charge me. It's obvious they don't even know what they are suppose to look at, or worse, trying to bamboozle money out of patients thinking they will just pay whatever they are charged for fear of losing their potential babies/embryos. Either case, it’s unacceptable as I expected better service from their billing department.

Dr. Payson was super professional, transparent and had great bedside manner. I worked with him starting in 2024 and did an egg retrieval and had three embryos transferred. The last one made its way to a positive pregnancy and we now have our daughter Ruby. We could not be more grateful and excited for this new chapter. Thank you, Dr. Payson and the team for the amazing work and never giving up on us.
