In 2017/2018 I started seeing Dr Kelly for super heavy irregular periods, vomiting and abdomen pain which led to infertility. I tried to conceive for over a year. She was very gentle with me and thoroughly explained my situation and the steps for a solution. Each visit was a new experience. In December 2018 I had the operation for endometriosis after a biopsy determination. After recovery, my period became super regular and light. In January of 2020 I conceived my baby boy after not thinking it would never be possible. I’m super thankful because I truly believe if Dr Kelly did not take the time to treat me and listen to my concerns I would not be the blessed mommy of 2 toddlers that I am today. After visiting with multiple ONGYN’s only Dr Kelly resolved it. Huge thank you to her!

They Charged a $150 upfront for consultation only for them to give you a list to go home with and comb through with medical terminology you can’t even breakdown to understand without the assistance of google. and tell you that someone from the financial department gonna call you with pricing. Which in my case was a month later they called saying that they forgot. after they done take my $150. Shitty service they are a rep off! PLEASE BOYCOTT BE ADVISED THEY WILL TAKE WILL CHARGE A $150 AND YOU WILL GAIN NOTHING FROM IT! GO TO CYN FOR UPFRONT PRICING NO SHADINESS

My fiancée and I were both thrilled and nervous to begin the journey of starting our family as a lesbian couple. She is 40 years old, and I am a bit younger. After thoughtful discussion, we decided that she would carry our first child, and perhaps in a few years, I would carry our second. After researching online and reading positive reviews, we truly believed we had found the right place to help us through this important chapter of our lives. We were excited and hopeful. My fiancée attended her first appointment after we paid the $150 consultation fee. I was at work at the time but joined via FaceTime so we could experience it together. During the appointment, the doctor explained that IVF would likely be the best option for her and mentioned that if her eggs were not viable, we could consider using mine. However, each time my partner attempted to ask about pricing or specifics regarding the procedure, she was interrupted and told, “We don’t know how much it will cost you, with or without insurance. The finance department will reach out.” The doctor also repeatedly suggested that I schedule an appointment to become a patient as well. The appointment concluded without providing any meaningful information about costs, next steps, or a clear plan. It felt as though we had simply paid $150 to be told to schedule another appointment—and pay another fee—before receiving any real answers. Weeks passed with no phone call, no email, and no information about pricing or next steps. I made multiple calls to both the Philadelphia and Delaware offices, leaving several voicemails requesting to speak with the doctor or a manager. None of my calls were returned. Given the complete lack of follow-up or service, I disputed the payment. Then, oddly, we began receiving letters for a requested "payment" (funny how this facility could not call us back at all or provide anything but quickly re-sent a bill) We paid for a consultation in hopes of receiving guidance and clarity, but we were left with nothing. The experience left us feeling dismissed and undervalued, as though our desire to start a family was secondary to collecting fees. Fertility care is deeply personal and often time-sensitive—especially for couples navigating age considerations and the unique challenges that come with being a same-sex couple seeking reproductive assistance. Many individuals and couples invest significant emotional and financial resources, sometimes taking out loans or making major sacrifices, to pursue their dream of having a child. To be met with silence and a lack of transparency during such a vulnerable time was incredibly disheartening. We are still shocked and saddened by this experience. Unfortunately, based on our interaction, I cannot recommend this facility.

There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude for EVERYONE who works in Dr Kelly’s office. The fertility process can be so overwhelming but none of that came from this office. Every question I had, they answered it. Every concern, they helped me resolve it. Any medication questions, they showed me exactly what I was supposed to do. Not once did I ever feel like I was just a patient number or lost in the shuffle. This office helped me welcome my baby girl in 2022 and today we graduated and are expecting another miracle thanks to Dr Kelly’s office. This process can be so trying, emotional, and stressful but PLEASE trust this office and their amazing staff to help you along the way.

If it wasn’t for Dr Kelly and her team, we wouldn’t have our baby girl. They supported me every step of the way. Answered my questions and helped us navigate IVF. I highly recommend this practice!
