I had an absolutely wonderful experience at CCRM Lone Tree for my transvaginal ultrasound and HSG. I previously had a terrible, highly traumatic HSG experience at a clinic in Greeley, so I was incredibly anxious coming into this appointment. I had to take medication beforehand just to relax, but the team here completely changed the game for me. Rachel was an absolute godsend and a total rockstar. She was so patient and gently walked me through every single step of the process, which completely put my mind at ease. Her medical assistant, Kayla, was also an amazing support throughout the entire visit. If you are nervous about these procedures, you are in the best hands here. Thank you, Rachel and Kayla, for turning a scary situation into such a positive, supportive experience!

I truly cannot say enough good things about CCRM Fertility CO. From egg retrieval to transfer, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. Dr. Robert Gustofson is amazing, calm, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. My nurse Lexi made such a difference for me. She was always there when I needed her, answering questions quickly and with so much care. All of the nurses were incredibly supportive and responsive. The finance team was also fantastic. Insurance can be overwhelming, but they explained everything clearly and made sure I understood every step. The front desk team was always kind and organized, and the patient app made everything so easy—you can message your nurses, see your results, and stay updated at all times. As someone who is not American, I really appreciated how clearly everything was communicated. I never felt lost or confused. This is truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in healthcare.

I had such a great experience at CCRM! Every staff member I encountered was kind, knowledgeable, and truly rooting for your success. When my first protocol didn’t work, Dr. Von Wald changed the second one and we had much better results! The facility is incredibly welcoming and clean, as well as very thorough with pre-screening processes to ensure maximum chances. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you especially Dr. Von Wald, and my nurses Kendall & Erin for being so swift and responsive every time.

We had a splendid experience at the clinic, in stark contrast to our rather disappointing encounter at another facility in Fort Worth. Indeed, we’re more than happy to make the journey to Colorado for the privilege of seeing the doctor. While waiting in the lobby, you could tell people come from all over the world for care here. We have two dear friends in Texas who achieved tremendous success at this very clinic, and they insisted we come here specifically, despite there being a CCRM facility in Dallas-Fort Worth, owing to the exceptional quality of their laboratory and the calibre of their doctors. This was, after all, the home base of the founding doctor before his retirement. I understand the lab here is far superior to other CCRMs. Everyone we encountered was thoroughly professional and remarkably competent in their roles. Our nurse, Katie, was simply fantastic. Our genetic counsellor, Carly, was exceptional, remarkably intelligent, and genuinely caring. She truly took the time to understand our concerns. And of course, Dr. Gustafson was wonderfully present and attentive. When he sat down with us, he wasn’t distracted by the myriad other demands on his time; he listened with real care and compassion. The one day of testing was a lot. And it definitely was overwhelming because there was so much information but we never once felt like mere cogs in a machine geared solely towards profit. It was refreshingly human & heartfelt. While I am not a veteran myself, I noticed a sign at the clinic saying they provide a significant discount to veterans. I appreciated the patriotism 🇺🇸.

This IVF clinic is the best in the world! Their protocols and treatments surpasses any other clinic. Dr.Barton is the best Doctor! I am a doctor myself and I recognized right away she is the most caring, loving, knowledgeable, and best at her craft I have seen! Her beside manner and demeanor excels and her compassion for her patients is on another level that is rare to find! She makes you feel so comfortable and I know I am in the best hands for my IVF journey. I trust her expertise and her gentle touch is amazing. Tracy is my nurse and she is so sweet and sincere, she went out her way to get my appointments for me last minute and made the impossible, possible and I am very grateful; she’s so considerate and understanding. I feel very lucky to be a patient at CCRM lone tree! If your looking for the right clinic for your fertility journey I can not recommend this clinic enough I have already told a few people to come here and will definitely tell anyone who is looking for care and I truly believe and understand why this is t the #1 IVF clinic in the world! I know when other CCRM clinics fail they send them to CCRM lone tree and I completely understand why, this is the mothership of IVF clinics, their care for their patients and the treatments/protocols surpasses all of the IVF clinics in the world!
