CCRM Fertility of Jersey City

Amy Viray, NP was absolutely fabulous. I was very nervous for my HSG exam and she made it painless, quick, and comfortable. She answered all of my questions thoughtfully and made the entire experience so relaxed.

I have been going to IRMS for the past couple months now and had nothing but good experiences with the front desk staff, the nurses and Dr. Thompson until this morning, I had a very disappointing interaction. After being greeted and checked in by the front desk, I was then brought to have blood work completed, and all pleasant experiences. Once done with the blood work, another individual greeted me, escorted me to the exam room, let me know how to prepare for the doctor and then left. A few minutes later a doctor (older blonde woman with a bit of an accent) comes into the room and the first thing she says to me is scoot all the way down and feet up. No good morning, no introducing herself and saying her name, nothing but "scoot down more and put your feet up." After doing so, she just starts her exam, no warning of inserting anything which was highly uncomfortable as I just stopped the medicine they prescribed that is known to cause bleeding, pain and some cramps when stopping. A few clicks of the mouse, removal of the tool, she says all done and then exits the room without even closing the privacy partition. Thankfully, due to a previous appointment where the doctor handed me supplies, I knew where the sanitary wipes and pads were and helped myself. I exited the room, where the same nurses who placed me in the room and took my blood greeted me on my way out. So extremely disappointed with this experience, this is not the mannerisms expected from a well respected establishment, one dealing in such an intimate/sensitive industry nor a place as expensive. To not event be greeted in the exam room, the physician not introducing themselves, not communicating when they're starting the exam or at bare minimum providing me with sanitary wipes and a pad after the exam is a trash experience. She didn't even look me in the face once. I'd expect this at some run-down understaffed community health center full of miserable workers who treat patients like a number and not a person, not at IRMS.

Dr. Aly has been an absolutely amazing doctor from the very start of my fertility journey. From day one, she has made me feel comfortable and supported with her personable, welcoming, patient, and kind approach. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process. What truly sets Dr. Aly apart is her willingness to meet with me in person to discuss next steps and answer any questions my husband and I have had along the way. She never makes us feel rushed and always ensures we feel confident and informed about our decisions. The CCRM staff has also been wonderful — accommodating, responsive, and consistently helpful. I truly have no complaints about my experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Aly and CCRM to anyone navigating their fertility journey. We are so grateful for the care and compassion we’ve received.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Aly and the entire team. From day one, I’ve felt truly seen, heard, and cared for throughout my fertility journey. Dr. Aly is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes you feel confident and supported every step of the way. The nurses, Ashley and Roxie, are absolute gems. They are kind, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in your care. No question ever feels too small, and their warmth makes such a stressful process feel manageable. Jordan, the financial coordinator, is also amazing! She is super transparent, helpful, and so easy to work with, which takes a huge weight off during an already overwhelming time. I primarily go to the Livingston office and I truly love it there. The phlebotomists are fantastic especially for someone who hates blood work. The entire staff is welcoming, efficient, and so accommodating. Everyone goes above and beyond and gives such personalized attention to your case, it never feels cookie-cutter. Fertility treatment is an emotional journey, and this team makes all the difference. I’m so grateful to be in their care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone navigating infertility.

Dr. Aly & her staff are the best! IRMS is covered through my work insurance, so I used them. From the get go they were super accommodating, timely and sensitive. Very thorough staff that is extremely responsive. The experience is a tough one with the injections and regular bloodwork US every 2-3 days sometimes even daily, but the staff is quick and in/out. Having this office 6 min walk from my home was a blessing. Anytime I messaged or called the office the staff responded asap and with plenty of detail. A lot of the communication is via the portal but they do call and tell you new changes etc. I never felt like I wasn’t sure of anything. Dr. Aly is sooo kind, empathetic and genuinely cares about her patients. The second round she changed my meds and I was super happy with the results.
