Yes. Dr. Beth Zhou is very warm and she answered all our questions. We feel very well taken care of. She discussed all of the options we have and even did the chromosome screening with my husband on the spot.

My partner and I recently met with Dr. McKnight regarding fertility treatment options after my cancer journey. We went into the appointment feeling nervous, especially as an LGBTQ+ couple, but from the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative. She took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know to begin our family planning process, all while being mindful of the emotions that come with recovering from cancer. Every step of the experience felt supportive. Everyone we interacted with was great. The bloodwork team was kind and efficient, and Kiara did an amazing job breaking down the financial side of things in a way that actually made sense. We left feeling heard and like we’re in really good hands. We’re genuinely excited to start this journey with Dr. McKnight and her team.

I just called CCRM to ask about embryo freezing, and the experience was so rude it was almost comical. I had actually been close to choosing this clinic because I live nearby. I went through all the information on their website, and while I could pay upfront, I’m not going to blindly sink $$$ without understanding my options. So I called to ask about scheduling a consultation with their “financial advisor” (as advertised on their website) to discuss self-pay discounts (also on their website) and other options as my workplace insurance doesn’t cover this. The “financial advisor” bluntly told me “everything is on the website.” When I pointed out that the website only lists total costs and vaguely mentions financing, she repeated the exactly same sentence. When I said “well, you could at least give me general estimates,” she hung up. It took only two minutes to see how this place operates. You don’t treat people this way for asking reasonable financial questions unless you see patients as nothing more than $$$ (or you’re ignorant and know nothing about your job). It gave me a strong impression that this clinic is comfortable taking advantage of patients who are already in a vulnerable position and commit easily since they’re desperate. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a good experience with CCRM overall even though my fertility journey here was short lived due to transferring over to another facility due to personal preferences. We are still awaiting for reimbursement for a service that was done over a month and a half ago that was covered by insurance and I do feel like I’ve had to be more proactive in communicating with the billing office rather than the other way around but overall the staff is nice, friendly and helpful.

We appreciated the help of all the staff at CCRM. Maria at the front was so welcoming and kind; she remembered us every time we visited. Brie is an amazing phlebotomist who made blood draws as stress-free as humanly possible. Emily was timely in communication, empathetic and transparent. Karen was a fantastic sonographer who paid attention to details for our visits. Finally, Dr. Zhou was clear and concise, empathic and kind in her discussions with us. She's the crown jewel of CCRM. We highly recommend the practice to any and all prospective parents.
