CCRM Fertility of Denver

My husband and I had a great experience at CCRM. We visited both the Rose and Lone Tree location. Everyone we met was extremely nice, helpful, and most importantly they got us pregnant with our twins! We are very thankful for the care we received and couldn’t recommend CCRM enough.

I had a wonderful experience with two egg freezing cycles at CCRM facilities in both Lone Tree and Denver. All of the staff are competent, efficient, and empathetic. I felt supported and informed throughout the entire process.

I’ve contacted the clinic twice this week to get an appointment scheduled with the clinic with a referral from my doctor. First, the clinic has a terrible phone system. Everyone speaking on the phone was muffled and I had to ask people to speak more clearly or louder the entire time. Second, I’ve been passed around to six different people within 12 minutes to a schedule a new patient appointment. Each time stating it’s a new patient appointment, but still being sent to individuals that say they only work with existing appointments. Everyone seemed nice, but it doesn’t provide confidence in actually receiving services at the clinic if they don’t know how to schedule appointments.

Dr. K is great and so kind. We switched from Shady Grove after our first cycle failed. Had a horrible experience there so we wanted to switch to CCRM in hopes for better outcomes. So glad we did. Our second cycle (1st with CCRM) was a success! I feel as though CCRM is more personable, empathetic, and it’s less chaotic. The salve app is convenient and someone is always there to respond back quickly and answer any questions.

WE LOVE CCRM! Thank you for working so hard to get our baby girl here. Dr Barton is great (very no nonsense but we were looking for a doctor, not a therapist) and the nurses are angels (they cried with us, celebrated with us, and were so supportive and helpful). We had a great experience. Well, a horrible experience and journey made better because we knew we were in the best hands. Thank you for everything you do.
