Graduating from this clinic today is one of the most emotional and joyful moments of our lives, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire team who helped us get here. From the very beginning, we were treated with compassion, patience, and genuine care. Fertility treatment can be an incredibly emotional journey, but every doctor, nurse, and staff member made us feel supported and never alone. They took the time to answer our questions, explain every step, and reassure us during the moments that felt uncertain. The level of professionalism and expertise is outstanding, but what truly sets this clinic apart is the way they care about their patients as people, not just numbers. Every appointment felt thoughtful and personal, and you can truly tell how invested they are in helping families grow. Today we graduated with a healthy pregnancy, and we are beyond grateful for the role this clinic played in making our dream of expanding our family possible. This team will always hold a special place in our hearts. If you are considering fertility care, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Throughout my wife and I’s experience…this facility has felt like home! We have been working with Carolina Conceptions (SPECIFICALLY KAREN ONORI 🥹) since 2022 and we have now successfully graduated for a second time for our SECOND child arriving into this world in April ‘26. I cannot speak for everyone, but I personally felt like I belong or as if I really spoke with family when coming in office. Karen helped us start this very journey in 2022 & even with a heartbreak, we have successfully conceived our son with support of the team and now we are awaiting our next bundle of joy! This office works very well with LGBQT+ community and you can truly have a great experience with a physician that is right for you (just depends on what you want out of your experience!) Of course, ask questions and be sure to get all the necessary information for any circumstances too but the staff is going to give you information step by step of your process. If you ever hesitated or were curious about this facility, stop and GO FOR IT! We have been at both locations (Lake Drive & North Raleigh), which were both great! Again, Karen has made this journey completely amazing & we know for a fact that if we ever wanted to have another child, we would immediately come back (even if we had to travel 1000s of miles haha!)

From day one, the entire staff was kind, responsive, and so patient — always taking time to answer our many questions and reassure us through every step. Every doctor we met was not only professional but genuinely compassionate. A special thank you to Dr. Meyer, whose attention to detail and thoughtful care made all the difference in getting us here. And to Karen — I truly don’t think I could’ve made it through without her. Her support, empathy, and encouragement meant the world to me. Thank you for everything you’ve done to help make our dream come true!

We came to Carolina Conceptions after having some not so great experiences at another clinic. It was like night and day. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Dr. Schointuch was the most amazing provider to work with. She really does make you feel important and seen, especially during such a scary and stressful time, she has a way of making everything feel okay! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Monica Schointuch is an exceptional provider. She is very detailed, knowledgeable, and is very kind and passionate. She is amazing and is exactly the kind of provider I have been looking for. She is transparent and answers all my questions while still providing support and encouragement. She really cares about her patients and seems to make a difference. Her support team is also very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really enjoyed her front desk staff as well!! I cannot say enough good things about this office! Highly recommend!!
