Carolina Conceptions Fertility – Holly Springs

I can’t say enough good things about Reshawn and Ashley at the Holly Springs office! We have seen many highs and many lows on our fertility journey, but these two women have been such a constant support system for us. There aren’t enough words for me to explain how grateful I am for them both!!

Cannot say enough good things about this operation especially the Holly Springs office. From our initial consultation with Karen, our meeting with Dr. Park to our ultrasounds with Reshawn, and the office manager Ashley; who was always a friendly face, the experience was excellent. While we were fortunate enough to get pregnant without the need of their services, they were still very supportive of us through the first trimester with our questions, labs etc… We have the utmost confidence in this provider and wish them the best.

So I Spoke to one of the receptionist today and I def got upset/ heartbroken… like I been trying to conceive for years due to my thyroid issues and she comes and tells me they don’t accept patients with americ health which is Medicaid Ok understandable, but I have paid out of pocket w another fertility that failed & I had a miscarriage, but I still had the insurance….they told me that they didn’t accept Medicaid that everything is out of pocket ok great!! But here in this facility like understand that me and hubby are willing and know to be paying out of pocket for everything! ! Is FERTILITY! And by that I still got recommended here too and for what?? for no reason just to be denied.. instead of saying well everything here is out of pocket, we just don’t accept Medicaid we will be gladly to take you in and have that successful family.. that would of been more nicer to say, but not accepting patients? Due to that? is ridiculous!! All I wanted was a chance to try the best dr recommended by 3 ppl, but lost a new patient chance!! Understand Medicaid is for hospital!!! Not for ferlitity iui understandable just because someone has Medicaid doesn’t mean we can’t pay out of pocket!!! I’ve done it before & paid $5,480 plus medicines included so do yall really care for yalls patients??? Or $$$$$

Reshawn and the Holly Springs staff are incredible. They make us feel so welcome every time we are there. The office is clean and calming. We are so thankful! Had to update my review because we finally graduated from the clinic! While that is exciting news for my wife and I, it's also bitter sweet because we love Ashley, Reshawn, and Dr. Park. They truly are the best of the best. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else for this journey.

We started off our fertility journey at the Raleigh office but were so excited for the Holly Springs office to open right around the corner from us. We were the very first appointment they had as we started monitoring appointments for our transfer. The staff is so nice and welcoming and the office is beautiful. We loved working with Reshawn so much and we’re happy she moved to the Holly Springs office. She is so personable and welcoming, we always felt comfortable and at ease at all our appointments. All the doctors we worked with at the practice have a great bedside manner, patiently listen to all questions and explain all options, and genuinely sympathize with the difficulty of this journey, We are now 34 weeks pregnant with our little one and can’t wait to be some of the first little footprints on the wall!
