Our family had an absolutely amazing experience with Canadian Surrogacy Options. From the very beginning, my daughter felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire journey. The staff were compassionate, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions or provide reassurance during emotional moments. What stood out most was how personal and human the experience felt. They truly understood how important this process was for our family and treated everyone involved with kindness and professionalism. Communication was excellent, and every step was handled with care and integrity. Thanks to their guidance and support, what could have been an overwhelming experience became a beautiful and positive one. We are beyond grateful and would highly recommend Canadian Surrogacy Options to anyone considering the surrogacy journey.

This agency is definitely one to avoid! If you can even call it an agency! Robyn has simply worn out our patience with an endless list of excuses for not refunding us! She’s keeping our money and that of other couples! If you’re in the same situation, send me a private message! We’re already a group planning to file a complaint! If you haven’t signed up with her yet, run away!

WORST AGENCY EVER DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY !!! IF YOU DO WANT TO USE THIS AGENCY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WAITING TO BE MATCHED BEFORE SENDING THEM ANYTHING! THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE WITH PAYMENTS AND DO NOT FOLLOW THE CONTRACT STATED BETWEEN SURROGATES AND IPS!!!!!!!! AS IPS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT SENDING THEM A DIME BEFORE MATCHING AS THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK ! AS SURROGATE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING A SEPARATE CONTRACT WITH THE AGENCY STATING INTEREST EVERY DAY A PAYMENT IS LATE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU WHEN THEY SAY, THEY WILL ALWAYS HAVE AN EXCUSE TO NOT PAY ON TIME! BE VERY CAUTIOUS !!!!

I have done a couple donations with this agency. They used to be amazing. I completed a donation last October and have been told over and over again I will be reimbursed. Continue to get ghosted. I am owed thousands of dollars and am getting no response from the owner. Very disheartening after all the years we worked together.

We are currently in the process with CSO and little miracles. The CSO team has been great. As intended parent, many steps and stakeholder are involved. We are scrutinizing all bills and steps of the process and everything has been according to what had been discussed. Heard about the storys of the past. The team we are working with is very good. Robyn is accessible and involved in the whole journey.
