DO NOT ENGAGE IN SERVICES HERE. Really unorganized and one of the coordinators named Mo is extremely passive aggressive and rude, and after I told them I didn’t appreciate them being rude to me and I was trying to get clarification for an appointment, Mo texted me back a day later and canceled my appointment. They spammed with me three different people trying to contact me, when I did reach back out, I didn’t hear from them for a week and had to reach back out. Then a few more days passed and when I finally scheduled an appointment with one of the three, Mo decided to go out of their way to cancel my appointment, saying the ‘spots are all full now.’ They’re dishonest, all over the place, and I would absolutely not trust them with biological specimens of any kind, let alone your personal information.

My brother (22yo) was diagnosed with a rapidly growing cancer, he needs treatment ASAP. He and my sister in law want kids at some point, so it was recommended they freeze his sperm for later use. We were encouraged to call this company to begin the process. Well it turns out they don’t do sperm freezing anymore and instead of dealing with the situation delicately they were told to “google it or Yelp it, because we don’t offer that anymore”. What the literal hell? Who says that to a newly diagnosed cancer patient!? Wouldn’t recommend. Have som tact people.

Though I didn’t get pregnant my first IUI I still chose to go with NW Cryo bank again because I enjoy the service I get with them. If ever I called and get the answer machine they always called me back same day! Payton was very helpful and her positive energy was just what I needed going into this second IUI!

I have been trying to speak with someone since Monday. The donor number I purchased in 2004 was not the donor I received and conceived a child by. Vial # and paperwork clearly showed the donor I was ordering but my daughter’s DNA is NOT the DNA of the donor I purchased. Have they been helpful in all this since I discovered this issue in 2018? No. Through 23 and me, we have found a donor sibling. Finally. I have a donor # to work with but I am not getting a response and the times I have called, no one answered. This entire journey has been traumatic, chaotic, and anxiety producing.

Very helpful and informative staff- easy process for me- successful pregnancy first try with one vial. My healthy beautiful son is now 1 year old. Thank you NW cryo for making my dream a reality
