Destroyed vials without warning with no reimbursement! Do not use them!

I was planning to donate here until I found out there’s no guarantee of initial compensation. After discovering this, I cancelled over the phone, cancelled over text, cancelled over email, yet SOMEHOW they didn’t get it through their system. I asked them to delete all information they have from me twice about 5 days ahead of the appointment, since it wouldn’t be worth my time to drive out there if there’s no compensation guaranteed. Their representative tried explaining that I could make “up to $3400 on the initial psychological evaluation” but the whole experience gave me a scam-like feeling. They do not give you concrete guarantees, only promises of “up to *blank*” statements. The lack of transparency, the poor communication & operations even without finalizing an appointment… 1 star. Negative 1 star if I could leave that rating. I would advise arranging an appointment elsewhere. I should have heeded the advice of other reviewers. Avoid this establishment.

They don't answer the phone or return calls...its been 2 months I have been leaving messages. Only option will be to drive 2 hrs from my house to see them in person. Fingers crossed they'll be open

The initial process was time-consuming, but they paid you mostly for the qualification process. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and flexible appointment times are a plus. Once I was in, I made a few thousand dollars a month from donating a couple of times a week. It’s an easy way to make money and do a good cause.

The service at this place is fine, and they reached back to me fairly quickly. The only problem I have is that their transparency is nonexistent. I applied and got rejected without them providing any further information. I do understand that there are several reasons why they refuse to disclose, but it just doesn't instill trust in the company. However, that doesn't really bother me. The main thing that disturbs me is that they didn't disclose my specimen's test results. It's just not right to not disclose, as I don't see how it would hurt them. It seems like the least they can do. Overall, it's not humane the way their policies are set up; it makes you feel like you are a lab rat.
