An absolutely terrible cooperation and experience. The agent is incredibly unreliable. I booked the itinerary, bought the flight tickets, informed them of my schedule, and paid the deposit a whole month in advance. And i completed my part of the process and have already been back Hk for half a month, only for the agent to suddenly tell me that the donor canceled and pulled out without any further explanations. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to claim they didn’t disrupt any of our plans, completely deflecting all responsibility. The attitude of agent called Bingbing was bafflingly aggressive and arrogant. She is utterly irresponsible and showed zero awareness of her own mistakes. To prevent any further misconduct, I decisively terminated our cooperation. Then, without any prior notice, the agent arbitrarily deducted and withheld a portion of my deposit. Such malicious and low-class behavior makes any future cooperation completely out of the question. I’ve learned my lesson the hard way, and I’m writing this to warn everyone else: Do NOT, under any circumstances, do any business with this agency.
