I know this is only the beginning of my fertility journey, but it has been the perfect start. Today I had a robotic laparoscopic surgery with lysis of adhesions performed by Dr. Peter Casella, and I couldn't have asked for better care. Dr. Casella and the entire Brown Fertility team are compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to their patients. Thank you for making me feel cared for every step of the way. Highly recommended!

If i could give 20 starts i would , i struggle with infertility for more than 8 years and i can now say that my dream of becoming a mother is becoming a reality thanks to this amazing team of nurses medical assistants and doctors . I am extremely satisfied and extremely happy . I am today 6 weeks pregnant after one fresh cycle of ivf thanks a million times … especially to Llancy , Faith , Dr. Brown and Dr. Casella , it was a stressful time full of questions and doubt and they made this a breeze thank you for this experience

I would not choose this clinic. They require genetic testing ($700) to do any fertility treatment which is ridiculous. I get with IVF or if problems lead to testing (multiple miscarriage) but I just felt like it was a way to make more money, not help me. I did fertility treatments in another state to get pregnant (wasn’t ovulating) with my first baby and got 5 star hotel treatment. And this just wasn’t it. The people were nice, but when they scheduled me, I said winter garden because it closer to me. So I go to the appt in winter garden and guess what??? They scheduled me for Orlando. Thankfully I could do a telehealth appt. But it wasn’t what I expected I guess. I think I would have used them if it weren’t for genetic testing. That should be an option, not required. Most people do fertility treatments out of pocket OR their insurance doesn’t cover it. This doesn’t help.

The highlight of our journey was, without a doubt, the embryologist Vinicius. He exceeded all our expectations with his patience, dedication, and exceptional expertise. He took the time to clearly explain every step, making us feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. His professionalism and genuine care truly set him apart. Dr. Rose also provided excellent care and contributed greatly to our positive experience. We are extremely grateful and fully satisfied — a true 10/10 experience. Many years ago, I turned to Brown Fertility Clinic when I was struggling to conceive my first child. After a few rounds of preparation and my very first IUI, I became pregnant with my beautiful daughter, Hyla,, who is now almost 10 years old. That experience alone would have made me forever grateful. In between growing our family, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. During that incredibly difficult time, I was advised to return to Brown Fertility Clinic to freeze embryos because I was getting older and didn’t know what the future would hold. At 40 years old, the team helped retrieve 15 eggs, and 12 became embryos — an incredible outcome that gave me so much hope during a dark season. Two and a half years later, we transferred two embryos through IVF. One took, and today I have my second beautiful daughter, Malia. Brown Fertility Clinic has given me two miracles. From start to finish, every step of my journey — through infertility, cancer, embryo freezing, and IVF — was handled with professionalism, skill, compassion, and care. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They truly changed my life.
