(Update) me and my partner have emailed that was provided and we got no response My fiancé and I decided to embark on a journey to start our family. After two years of trying and getting frustrated we decided to to go to Boston IVF. They said they offered compassion and experience along with staff that has accumulated numerous accolades. When applying to Boston IVF for help we were up front about our situation and that we needed help. On my fiancés part, they did a phenomenal job diagnosing her PCOS and giving her medication to help control the symptoms. With me, it was found that I had little to no sperm so a micro tease operation was scheduled to extract the sperm from my testacles. After this was done the viable sperm was transported to Boston IVF. The problem arose when my fiancé lost her insurance in January of this year. When the lady in financial department asked why she couldn’t be put on my insurance, i explained that my divorce had not been completely resolved even though we have been separated for 17 years. The receptionist attitude changed quickly as she stated Boston IVF could not go through with the procedure to impregnate my fiancé. I was very up front about my marriage situation from the beginning. Boston IVF had us both go through a long list of tests and treatment plans only to tell us that they wouldn’t do it, at a time when we were elated to have this opportunity. I feel like my fiancé being an uninsured minority played into this decision. Their sole concern seemed to revolve around the money not helping us achieve our dream of having a family. I simply don’t understand their decision to stop helping us without at the very least, sitting down with us to explain their reasons. It appears to be arbitrary and discriminatory. We are heartbroken, frustrated, angry and extremely disappointed in Boston IVF Respectfully Steven m Hunter Tristen Haire
With a diagnosis of diminished ovarian reserve, BIVF was able to give me my baby after four long years of waiting. Despite my odds, they did not give up on me. The team, though it changed halfway through my treatments, has been solid and supportive. I found them generally easy to contact by phone. I want to give special thanks to the phlebotomists who dealt with my tiny and difficult veins for about 2 years and made it as painless as possible. They and the nurses always approached me with a positive and caring attitude throughout my time there. Thank you, Boston IVF Syracuse!
Dr Merouth has the best personality and disposition for this type of work. He always provides the best, most honest care. Carla and Tina are the best nurses in the business. Anyone would be privileged to work with this team and anyone going through infertility or family planning should seek this wonderful team of people out.
It was wonderful experience with Boston IVF throughout my pregnancy. A special thanks to Dr. Max Klein for being an incredible guide and caregiver. The nursing staff and support team were equally wonderful, with a smile and a helping hand. Thanks to the outstanding team at Boston IVF, we welcomed our healthy baby into the world with great joy.
We ended up at Boston IVF after secondary infertility. We started with Dr. Klein when he first joined the practice. He, Molly, and my main nurse, Erin were all fantastic. They made the process easy to understand and thankfully very successful in our case. They are always easy to get a hold of and it is easy to ask any questions. I'd recommend them to anyone who unfortunately may need them. The warmth and knowledge this office exudes was very evident and we are so grateful we ended up with them!
