EXCELLENT facility with truly exceptional and responsive customer service. Aligneage has been so completely on top of helping us through extremely complex and frustrating paperwork and administrative challenges caused by other clinics we are trying to send our samples to. They have been so competent, effective, and helpful throughout the entire process. Really able to get things done through whatever administrative challenges get thrown their way, and kind and supportive through the process to boot! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area.

Aligneage Fertility made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. I went in for an initial donor eligibility determination along with a few rounds of analysis and cryopreservation, and everything was simple, convenient, and handled very professionally. The staff were beyond friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which made the experience that much better. I have Maven fertility benefits through my employer, was referred by a reproductive urologist at Posterity Health, and I’m very glad I followed through. I’d happily recommend Aligneage Fertility to anyone looking for excellent care and a smooth experience for such a sensitive process. This is the place to go in Manhattan and felt incredibly inclusive for me as an LGBTQ+ cisgender male.
