I completed my first journey with Alcea back in October of 2025 & I can full heartedly say I’m beyond happy and grateful I chose Alcea. I had the best experience and couldn’t have gone through this journey without them! They were ALWAYS there to answer a text or call which was one of the best parts. You never felt like a burden or clueless. They were always in my corner and a listening ear! Shannon Howell was my case worker and I have requested her for my next due to her being such an amazing person and no judgement whatsoever! I can honestly say the friendship I built with her is one I could never replace and they have been an agency I would recommend to everyone looking into this!

I started my journey with Alcea in 2023! Although my journey took longer, I was able to receive outstanding support from the Alcea team and community since the beginning! Surrogacy is no easy task but EXTREMELY rewarding in so many aspects. I delivered my surrobabe in May 2026 and I couldn’t thank my AMAZING Case Manager Shannon 💕 enough for always being the wonderful woman she is and CONTINUOUS support and communication throughout my journey! If I ever needed anything big or small, no matter what, she made me feel seen and that is what is so important especially going through all the emotional and physical elements that the surrogacy world perseveres! Thank you Alcea Team for being a beautiful constant in my life 🩷.

Just finished my second surrogacy journey, first journey with ALCEA- and I can honestly say this agency is hands down the absolute BEST! Easy 100/10 from me 🥰 my case manager, Shannon H., is the most caring, kind and on top of everything person there is! Nothing gets past her. I’ve never had to ask for or bring anything to her attention more than once. She seriously is a superwoman in her role. She is very professional in her role, yet the most amazing (and hilarious) friend when you need her. As is the rest of the ALCEA team! I haven’t come across a single person who works for ALCEA that is unpleasant. From the very beginning of my journey to the very end and beyond, Shannon has been the most supportive and loving person- as has all of the other team members who I have had contact with along the way, and there has been a lot! 🤗 us GCs do not slip thru the cracks here at ALCEA. We’re loved and so very taken care of! If you’re looking for an agency to work with, look no further and take this as your sign to move forward with ALCEA. You won’t regret it ♥️

Do Not Use This Agency! They will exploit you and not uphold there end of the contract. I experienced racism, as an African American Surrogate, with this company. They care more about money than your health.

Words do not adequately convey our appreciation to Alcea’s team for helping us bring our beautiful son into our family! As we contemplated surrogacy, we thoroughly evaluated approximately 25 surrogacy agencies (the spreadsheet tracker is our souvenir) and we learned just from those conversations and research that Alcea is one of a kind. They were the only agency we spoke with that (1) had a relatively quick average match time of 90 days; and (2) did not collect any agency fees until intended parents are “matched” with a potential surrogate (and even then they do not collect the full agency fee but rather prorate it over key surrogacy journey milestones), which evidences their genuine intention to meaningfully partner with intended parents throughout the surrogacy journey (an aspect that was very important to us). Fast forward to actually working with Alcea and our experience was something magical. The professionalism, responsiveness, thoughtfulness and genuine care the team demonstrated in the matchmaking process enabled us to select our surrogate from reviewing the first profile Alcea shared (well within the 90 day average match time). After selecting a surrogate, throughout the medical clearance, legal clearance, embryo transfer, pregnancy, birth and post-birth, the Alcea team, and our case manager in particular, was there every step of the way as a true surrogacy journey partner. Now whenever we hear that someone is struggling to bring a child into their family and potentially considering surrogacy, we do not hesitate to share what an incredible experience we had partnering with Alcea. While a desired outcome is impossible for anyone to guarantee, we are of the view that Alcea’s genuinely caring and thoughtful approach in doing their part throughout the overall surrogacy journey put us in the best possible position to make our dream of having a child a reality.
