Acacio Fertility Center

I called to schedule an appointment since November they told me to wait until December & they gave me a packet I had to fill out. I took it with me in December, then they told me to wait until January, wait until February. We were in February they told me they didn’t have my paper work with my personal info & card info that was specifically needed to even be a patient there. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me “we don’t have it I’m not sure where or who you gave it to” I literally filled it out inside the office. Anyways worst place ever to answer phones or schedule appointments.

Called to schedule an appointment, automatically declined booking my appointment. Called again a week later asked if I can schedule again stated no with an attitude, but this time said I should receive an email with forms to fill out and it gave me hope… well I didn’t receive them. I called this morning and Myra was extremely rude and talking over me I continued to try and explain that we are just wanting to receive an email with the paperwork and she kept saying like I said we are not taking appointments until late February… completely disrespectful and unable to even get a word through with her. I had to tell her I do not want you to get upset and continue to talk over me and I just said I would call again at another time. As a fertility doctor office they should understand our frustration and the urge to visit the clinic.

The journey to parenthood hasn't been the hoped for and straightforward process my wife and I had always imagined, but, despite the multiple challenges and personal losses, we have remained optimistic in no small part due to Dr. Acacio and his team's care. They have helped us along our journey with a genuine and empathetic bedside manner and unparalleled expertise. From both of us (and hopefully very soon a third assenting voice), thank you very much, Acacio Fertility Center.

I'm so grateful that my friend recommended Dr. Acacio Fertility Center after he helped her have 2 successful IUI babies! His clinic was so kind and knowledgeable when we entered with a lot of fear and little knowledge about our options after years of infertility and loss. Some unexpected life events put our fertility journey on hold for 1.5 years and by some miracle, at almost 41 years old we got pregnant naturally! I can't tell you how thankful I am that I have been able to remain with Dr. Acacio and his amazing staff for the first Trimester of my most "successful" pregnancy yet! We are 10w3d and I just wish I could continue to be cared for by everyone at this office through my whole pregnancy!

Acacio Fertility Center has the best fertility team in Bakersfield. We have been to 3 different locations and Dr Acacio and Team (Ashley, Margarita and Nurse V) have treated us with respect, compassion and optimism. During all our appointments the team has greeted us with enthusiasm and encouragement. Dr Acacio always communicates with warmth and sensitivity to our infertility issues and provides us with options/alternatives. We love that Dr Acacio doesn't back down from a challenge.
