We had terrible experience and there were mutiple failures from the engagement managers. There was severe lack of accountability and professionalism in delivering any results. We ended up terminating our contract after 15 months without any progress. Avoid working with this agency at all cost. We ended working with other agency and have had great result. Here are the details on how CSP missed in delivering any results: 1) Prolonged Process: The process has taken much longer than initially promised. After 15 months since we began this journey, we have yet to be matched with any surrogate. 2) Lack of Engagement: Since we signed the contract in April, 2023, there has been a lack of proactive engagement from CSP. We experienced radio silence from our case managers for a year and had to reach out multiple times in April 2024 to get CSP’s attention, ultimately enforcing a weekly cadence with our case manager and asking her manager to attend our call to make any progress. 3) Unsuitable Candidates: We presented our criteria for a surrogate to CSP in April 2023. However, when candidates were finally presented to us 13 months after, they consistently failed to meet our standard criteria. Many did not receive medical clearance from our doctor or were located far from our preferred locations. 4) Unfulfilled Promises: In May 2024, we were promised a potential surrogate in California who had supposedly expressed interest in matching with us. However, we were informed less than 12 hours before our scheduled match call that the surrogate seemingly and suddenly had backed out. We felt we were not informed transparently about her intent to work with other intended parents.

I am a first time surrogate and my experience has been wonderful thanks to CSP. They truly care about the surrogates and IPs and every single staff member I have encountered has been kind, supportive, and helpful. They have the process down so it's easy and you know exactly what the next step is. I can always get in contact with whoever I need and they are quick and efficient in every step. I have to give a special shoutout to Barb & Julie because the two of them have been there for me every step and are always checking in just to see how I am- they truly care. I am so thankful I chose CSP and highly recommend this agency to anyone!

2 time surrogate through CSP -delivered in 2019 and 2022. Through every step I felt fully supported and appreciated. Everything from medical, to legal, financial, pregnancy and beyond was well handled. We did have a very sad loss with the first pregnancy for my second couple and our counselor at CSP went above and beyond for both myself and my couple. Both of my matches were fantastic and my family is lucky to keep in contact with the families that we helped to create. It was a blessing to have this experience and be able to do this and I will cherish it and be proud forever.

Great experience! Our twins are now nearly 16 years old. After extensive research on our part we chose CSP, who made the whole process easy, from gestational carrier selection through adoption (by my wife, who was not biological mother), plus helping us manage egg donor selection, IVF, etc. Our twins are amazing, both are top students and bring so much joy into our lives! Our daughter is a blessed artist who strives for the medical field. Our son is a Cadet First Sergeant, who just achieved National Honor Society at Marine Military Academy (HS) College Prep, and hopes to attend the Naval Academy.

CSP is the best of the best. I completed 2 journeys as a surrogate with them between 2015 and 2018. What stands out to me most, next to having been matched with IPs I was highly compatible with, was the unwavering support I received from the agency. Never had an unpaid bill, never felt pushed in any direction, never left hanging without communication, and always felt like I had a thorough and accurate answer ready for me when I asked any question. So professional and wonderful to work with.
