Horrible service, staff is rude, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Edit: During Covid, I told them I lived over an hour drive away and could not have the sample ready. Angrily, they told me to collect my sample in the restroom.

Waste of time. They never answer the phone, they rescheduled me, canceled my appointment. Rude staff, especially for life life changing decisions

This place was wonderful when I was keeping my sperm frozen. For 3-4 years, they were very patient with my payment (as it was often late). I never got late payment fees and I was always treated with grace. When it came time to destroy my samples, I was able to be assisted the same day. I didn’t pay any retroactive holding fees or face any inconveniences. The lady was very helpful and respectful. I’ve had a very good experience with this place for years

Unreliable when you really need to make life changing decisions they can never answer the phone. If you plan on doing IVF or IUI spend your $30,000 at a clinic that cares and doesn’t understaff themselves. Don’t waste your money here, this place is only for profit and does the bare minimum at best.
