Tucson location used a non sterile instrument during lab procedure ruining our very successful IVF retrieval. Corporate refuses to respond after 8 months of them promising to make it right without any follow through. 0 stars do not recommend working with any Pinnacle location as corporate does not care about you if their clinic makes a devastating error due to professional negligence.
Excellent treatment plan. Felt very welcoming upon arrival and through the process so far! We cannot wait and are beyond excited for this journey with pinnacle and becoming new parents!
