Nothing negative to say about our experience. From the beginning, everything was explained thoroughly and all of our options were presented. The navigator system is honestly one of the best things about the experience. Kirsty was truly amazing. She was always so kind, supportive, and helpful. She was always following up after appointments and was so helpful with everything from planning out procedures and just general questions. I will genuinely miss that system the most as we move on to OBGYN. During our time with the clinic we worked with all the doctors at some point, who are all amazing, and the PA Allison is also awesome- she was so helpful with any questions and empathetic as well. We graduated to OBGYN today and will truly miss this team as we transition. Looking forward to working with them in the future for any future kids we choose to have.

I did my first IVF cycle two years ago. Had a miscarriage at 12 weeks. And then came back to the ivf clinic for second embryo transfer and it was a success! I had a baby boy. The clinic was very transparent about the cost, insurance coverage snd the process. I like their calendar system- it helps me plan my cycle with work. I really liked staffs including the navigators that I never met in person. They were very much available for any questions along the way. I feel like this clinic really had it right. I went thru various providers (doctors and PAs) depending on my schedule. The program was clearly organized, highly skilled, communicative about the results, and coordinators really supported me emotionally.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Pinnacle Fertility. The nurse navigator system is truly incredible- Kirsty was absolutely the best. She made what can be a really overwhelming process feel easy, smooth, and genuinely comfortable every step of the way. Every doctor we worked with- Allison Abbey, Dr. Zoneraich, and Dr. Larson- was caring, informative, and took the time to make sure we always felt supported and in the loop. The entire office staff was just as amazing. Appointments were always timely, communication and scheduling was simple and easy. You can tell this team really cares about their patients. I highly recommend Pinnacle and would use again in the future!

I had such an incredible experience at Pinnacle Fertility. Going through IVF is quite the journey and it’s a journey that never seems to be linear. You go through a lot mentally and physically which makes it very crucial to have a great support system around you. Everyone that I came in contact with at Pinnacle was very kind, genuine, and empathetic. I had access to my coordinator, Yanley for any comments, questions or concerns. She always answered in a timely manner and was always very thorough and you could tell she genuinely cared for me and my situation. When things didn’t go my way she was there for me and when things went well she was right there to celebrate with me! I felt the same way about the PA Alison. She has incredible bedside manner and never made me feel rushed and always took the time to answer my questions. You could tell she was genuinely happy for us and celebrated us. I also loved the lab tech. She always made me laugh and would share positive stories with me to keep me going and I really enjoyed speaking with her and she was always a breath of fresh air to be around. Lastly, Dr. Z was our physician and he made it possible for us to conceive! He would always call with important updates and answer all of our questions. Thank you Pinnacle we appreciate you!! 🩷

I cannot say enough about Dr. Zoneraich and his AMAZING Staff! I have NEVER encountered such an efficient healthcare practice in my entire life. Every department and every aspect of this organization runs like a well-oiled machine and the staff and doctors are incredible. You truly feel one-of-a-kind (even though you know you’re not). I didn’t feel “like another number”. Coming from another Fertility Clinic with a horrific experience- I was blown away with how caring everyone was and how they kept their word every step of the way. I want to shout-out my Healthcare Navigator, MiKayla. There are no words to describe how incredible she is. If you ever visit their office and get fertility care from them- request her! She’s is down right amazing and although I am glad to have graduated to our OB for a second time, I am super sad to leave this group of truly incredible humans. They’ve impacted our lives forever and their contribution to our story of hope and restoration- won’t be forgotten. They are truly God Sent!
