This was my very first time being a surrogate and it was absolutely wonderful!! My case manager Elizabeth is the most amazing person and so very helpful! She has been there for me the very moment I have met her! She let me rant so many times about so many things and never sugar coated anything! She is a very upfront person and that is something that I absolutely love about her! She let me call her when I first started taking my shots and helped guide me through what to do. It definitely took some time because I am a huge baby when it comes to needles, but her being on the phone with me definitely helped me get through it! My whole experience as a first time surrogate was a little rocky at first because I didn’t have a Star ID, but once I got that everything went so smoothly! Everyone I met was so nice and friendly! If you’re thinking about becoming a surrogate I definitely do recommend Elizabeth as your case manager! I will most definitely be asking for her when I start this process again! Genuinely could not have done it without her!

Working with Shawn was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Her professionalism, compassion, and expertise made the surrogate matching process feel much less overwhelming and much more manageable. I’m currently starting my second journey with LAS. When I went through the process the first time, it took awhile to find IPs that matched what I was looking for. Other than that, the first journey was smooth. Words can’t describe the feeling you get for witnessing a parent meet their newborn baby for the first time❤️. It’s a beautiful feeling knowing you were able to help complete their family and begin a new chapter in their lives. Fast forward to today, my second journey is off to an amazing start! My match specialist Arthur, understood my concerns and requirements for any IPs I’d possibly match with. Not only was he able to match me quickly but also effectively! Arthur loves what he does and it definitely shows with his great attitude. He didn’t care what time of day it was or if it was a weekend. Answering questions or concerns was his top priority. If I decide to do a third journey, I will be requesting him again. I was also thrilled to have the same case coordinator Liz. We have a great relationship and I heavy relied on her during my first journey. She is always there when I need her no matter the time of day. Liz was a surrogate once before and can relate to anything you may be going through during your journey. That was helpful during my first journey and I’m thankful for her! In conclusion, if your thinking about applying do it! LAS is great.
