I absolutely loved my experience at Pinnacle Fertility in Tucson. The staff is amazing, I was always seen very quickly and never felt rushed. It seemed like every person I encountered genuinely cared and had such a positive attitude. I highly recommend this fertility clinic. I was here for monitoring and I’m actually I’m sad to be moving on to OB instead of continuing to be seen here but if I ever need monitoring again, I’d without a doubt, come back here! 5/5

Our experience with the Pinnacle Fertility team of Tucson has been amazing! Everyone from the front desk, medical assistants, nurses and phlebotomy were so kind throughout the entire process. They take time to listen to your concerns and questions. I want to especially recognize Valeria, our coordinator for her exceptional care. She was very responsive to all our messages, often responding within 30mins. But most of all she was so encouraging and kind. This can be such a difficult and emotional process and we felt like we had someone by our side the entire time. I will miss her so much as we have thankfully graduated from the clinic. Dr. Hutchison was also great to work with, he was honest about our fertility position which I appreciated and recommended what we believe is the best care and interventions. Thank you again to the entire team for making our dream come true.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Pinnacle Fertility Clinic. From the very beginning of our journey, my husband and I felt completely supported, cared for, and valued by every single person on their team. From the front office staff to the patient navigators who helped us schedule appointments, ultrasounds, and procedures—everyone was incredibly kind, organized, and accommodating. The phlebotomists, medical assistants, and doctors all went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Fertility can be such an emotional and overwhelming process, but this clinic made it feel so much more manageable. They answered every question with patience, showed genuine compassion in every season of our journey, and truly cared about our experience. Because of their dedication and support, my husband and I are now 14 weeks pregnant, and we are so grateful. This clinic played such a meaningful role in helping us get here. I wholeheartedly recommend Pinnacle Fertility Clinic to anyone trying to start or grow their family. I wouldn’t trust any other clinic with such an important journey. I especially want to appreciate and shout out Karina and Yanely (patient care navigators) for accommodating us for procedures and just making the scheduling process for blood work, imaging, doctor apts and results so smooth. I have been a patient of Dr H. Since 2019…it’s been a long journey (with testing and surgery) but very much worth it to see my dream of having a family become a reality. I’ve completed 2 successful rounds of IVF so far and hoping I can complete two more before Dr. H retires! He knows what he’s doing and he’s always been so kind to my husband and I. Overall the pinnacle team has been very courteous, responsive, and just a pleasure to go through all of this with. Especially my coordinator Savannah, she’s always so positive which makes a whole difference. Thank you for everything.

I had a really positive experience at this fertility office. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff. Everyone seemed to clearly know their role, which made the entire process feel very organized and efficient. The team was kind, professional, and supportive throughout my visits. Whenever I had questions, they took the time to answer them and made sure I understood everything. That level of care and communication helped ease a lot of the stress that can come with fertility treatments. Overall, I truly appreciated how coordinated and attentive the staff was. It made a big difference in my experience, and I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a supportive and well-organized fertility clinic.
