IVF is a really difficult and uncertain journey. My elite IVF representative Myriam, was always there. Her responses were rapid, she even helped find me a new doctor when we had hiccups along the way. The unwavering support and check ins are exactly why I would suggest to work with elite versus a regular donor bank. Sure maybe the are a few more delays with obtaining embryos as they need to be sent back to your clinic etc… however the results and quality are there. I would highly recommend working with Elite.

I have had a very positive experience with Elite IVF so far. From the very beginning, the team has been extremely professional, welcoming, and supportive. One thing that truly stands out is their excellent customer service. When Myriam picked up the phone and called me by my first name, I even commented, “Oh, you must recognize my voice.” She laughed and replied that she was not that good and had simply seen my name on the phone display. It may seem like a small detail, but it reflects how attentive and personal their approach is, and it immediately makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. The entire staff creates a very positive and reassuring atmosphere. They take the time to answer questions clearly and guide you through the process with patience and care. During what can be a very emotional and challenging journey, that kind of support truly makes a difference. I would especially like to thank Myriam Ouaknine. She has been incredibly supportive and responsive, always making herself available to answer questions and provide guidance. She responds very quickly and is extremely helpful, often staying one step ahead and guiding you through what to expect next. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication are truly appreciated. I am still at the beginning of my fertility journey. Elite IVF offers a program that includes a guaranteed blastocyst package, and we are currently in the early stages of this process. Even at this early phase, I am already very pleased with the level of care, professionalism, and attention we have received. I did several IVF treatments using egg and sperm donation in Spain and Greece with no luck. After 8 years of trying, I finally turned to Elite. They were my last hope.
