Reviews
My family doctor referred me to this clinic months ago. My appointment arrived and there was no parking. I waited an hour for the doctor to see me before I had to leave due to the fact I couldn’t sit around and wait to be seen for hours. Front desk was incredibly rude to me. I will never go back to this clinic. Terrible experience.
I was referred to Dr. Murad by my PCP for fertility services, and I really enjoyed my experience with this clinic. Dr. Murad is patient, thorough, informative, and willing to work with your preferences and comfort level in mind. The support team at this clinic is phenomenal and so supportive. They are willing to accommodate almost any requests, and make sure to work with your schedule. Having access to blood testing services within the clinic makes each trip stress-free and pleasant. I was met with kindness, grace, and support every time I visited for services. Thank you Dr. Murad and team - you made a difficult situation much less scary and lonely.
Dr. Murad and her team were so incredibly helpful to me on my pregnancy journey! They were flexible with my schedule and incredibly helpful to me and my partner while we were trying to conceive. I’m happy to report that they helped us get pregnant within the first month of going there and now I’m successfully in my second trimester! Thank you everyone so much for all of your help and support on this journey.
We came to Dr Murath when we started planning for our first baby. And she guided us through the whole precess very clearly. Her professionalism and friendliness helped us a lot and put me us at ease. With her guidance me and my husband expecting our first baby and everything feels like a miracle. We are truly grateful for Dr Murath and her team for making our dream come true. And we highly recommend Dr Murath and her team if anyone is expecting to have a baby.
I was a patient at Dr. Murad's last year and decided to stop following up after being told to return to my province. You shouldn't lie about this. I still have my receipts with you. I wish I could put 0 stars. -Being overcharged with the quantity of services I’m not receiving. I was charged 223.40$ (2 x 111.70$) for the first consultation, which took less than 20 minutes. I was charged 140.20$ (2x 70.10$) for a follow-up appointment where I was given a prescription for a blood test, which didn’t take 5 minutes. No advice, just a rude interaction. Also, the invoice was printed (12:58) before I even entered Dr Murad's office. I was still in the waiting room at 1:06 pm, and my appointment was scheduled for 11:50 am. -Disrespectful. I’ve expressed twice my concern regarding the price of services and that it wasn’t covered by the graduate student insurance or Quebec’s health insurance. She told me to return to my province if I wasn’t happy. I think that my concerns are legitimate and that it is inappropriate to say that as a professional. -All appointments have more than an hour of delays ( if not 2 hours) -The waiting room is overfilled with people, sometimes unable to sit down, and where people have appointments booked with 10-minute intervals. The patients seem overbooked for the time available ( + overcharged in my case). -Tricky way to cancel or reschedule an appointment. They rarely answered the phone, and every time I needed to reschedule an appointment, I needed to call a ridiculous amount of time to speak with someone (more than 10 times). They also specify that they follow up on phone messages concerning cancellation or rescheduling. They also don’t answer emails concerning the same issue. There is a 48-hour notice that needs to be respected to avoid any fee, but their procedure makes it very difficult to reschedule/cancel at the last minute, which almost seems intentional. -Forced to remove the shoes during wintertime, and some people are forced to be barefoot.
