I cannot say enough great things about Alabama Fertility. Dr. McLean and her entire team are absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly caring, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients. After experiencing multiple losses, she was extremely thorough with testing and made sure every possible avenue was explored. The entire Huntsville staff is incredible—kind, supportive, and always helpful throughout the process. They make what can be a very emotional journey feel much more manageable. I’m so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Alabama Fertility to anyone needing fertility support.

I had visited other clinics before, but the experience was uncomfortable. they didn’t seem eager to move forward, and I felt like my time was being wasted. Love this place and all the ladies that work in the Huntsville office! They truly care about their patients. Dr. Mann was our Doctor when we had to visit Birmingham location, She was great too. We are now awaiting our precious baby girl in April. I honestly wish I could have stayed with them through my entire pregnancy!

Dr. McLean is the worst doctor you can have. Don’t waste your time or money with this woman. She is neurotic and want all her friends make money off of your also. Haven’t gotten back to us for over 6 months, disclose information that she was not allowed to, as well as disrespected my husband. Never can get a straight answer out of her and then she performed D&C that cost us $34,000 - yes, at her preferred hospital in Birmingham. Run while you can. I have met her ex-parents as well as staff that used to work with her. She is a horrible human being.

My husband and I truly adore everyone person we came in contact with at ART. The care and warmth is unmatched and they have been incredibly responsive to all of our needs. We had specific hopes for how we wanted to approach our fertility journey. We were truly heard, never rushed, and felt like we were receiving treatment based on our specific, individual needs. They handled everything with the utmost sensitivity throughout the entire process (and they’ve seen a lot of me). Couldn’t recommend this office more.
