I would not recommend this clinic due to their poor communication and service. Reception rarely answers calls or emails, and reports are often delayed by 10–15 days unless followed up multiple times. There also seems to be very little communication between the doctor and staff, and my questions were never answered clearly. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I would urge anyone to think carefully before placing their care in the hands of Dr. Kattygnarath. While he may be a skilled clinician, his profound lack of empathy and compassion undermines any benefits his experience might offer. I left more appointments in tears than with any sense of hope. Dr. K is dismissive, cold and unkind. His disregard for patients' time is consistent and unacknowledged - one two separate occasions he was over one hour late with no explanation or apology. And look - I get it. Doctors are busy. But to not acknowledge the lateness at all is extremely disrespectful. On one of those over-an-hour-late occasions, I was unable to stay for my appointment as I needed to return to work for an mandatory event. When Dr. K asked if I could take a call at 5pm and I explained I couldn't be certain as I had a funeral to attend, he responded by laughing and telling me he would "try then anyway" before hanging up. I later received a message from a receptionist around 3pm - not to follow up on my situation, but to inform me that in the future, if I anticipated missing an appointment, I should notify the clinic so someone else can take the spot. When I called back to express how hurtful and disrespectful this experience had been, I was ignored and never heard from the clinic again. My husband and I have made the decision to leave CARE entirely. This experience has added pain to an already heartbreaking journey rather than easing it. Beyond unkind treatment, the lack of communication between the doctor and administrative staff is deeply troubling. Fertility struggles are isolating and painful on their own - those entrusted with supporting people through such a vulnerable time should not be a source of further hurt.

This clinic was, without question, one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. The staff are shockingly untrained. The ultrasound technicians repeatedly caused me significant pain during procedures—it was clear they lacked both skill and basic patient care awareness. What should have been routine imaging turned into something genuinely traumatic. Communication was nonexistent. There was NEVER anyone available to answer questions, provide guidance, or offer support. For something as sensitive and time-critical as fertility treatment, that level of neglect is unacceptable. The most disturbing part, however, was how I was treated when I experienced a miscarriage. A nurse on the phone outright dismissed me and told me I was not having a miscarriage—only for a doctor to later confirm that I had, in fact, miscarried. Being gaslit during such a vulnerable and devastating moment is beyond unprofessional. On top of that, after my sonohysterogram, I was not given antibiotics or proper aftercare instructions, leaving me feeling unsafe and completely unsupported. Between the dismissive attitude, lack of competence, and complete absence of compassionate care, this clinic caused me significant medical trauma. I would strongly advise anyone to seek care elsewhere.

I had a very positive experience at Care Fertility. The doctor (Dr. Kattygnarath) was extremely knowledgeable and supportive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The nursing staff was kind, professional❤️ A special thanks to the reception girl as well as she was always welcoming, helpful, and efficient, making appointments and communication smooth and stress-free. Overall, I truly felt cared for and supported. I would highly recommend Care Fertility to anyone seeking compassionate and professional fertility care.

I was nervous coming to the clinic due to overall personal reasons. I was met by the receptionist who greeted me, followed by the lovely girl name Jouad (I hope i spelt it right) .. she was attentive, kind, answered silly questions I had and was very gentle when drawing blood. I havent even been in to see the doctor yet and I am really happy with the service this far
