New Hope Surrogacy & Egg Donation

I am a current surrogate with New Hope, I have been treated well and cared for since the start!! I am almost 21 weeks at the time of this review as a gestation carrier. There’s been total transparency and anything I’ve ever needed or asked about or for has been handled. My IpS have voiced to me their thrill with them as well! I’m glad to be working with knowledge, kind and loving women!

The owners Julia & Jenna have been surrogates themselves multiple times, they're compassionate and luminous. Their services really work for the IPs and in support of the surrogate. I would and do recommend to Everyone!

Not transparent and hid information ! READ *New hope was not transparent about surrogate financial expectations I only found out after they had spend $4400 in expenses and I spent $2000 in legal fees . *I was matched again with a surrogate that was a habitual pot smoker - they knew about it but still used my money to fly her to Toronto and I lost another close to $3000 AS SHE FAILED THE DRUG TEST *They claimed originally that it was residual pot in her blood system but she was smoking every night and they knew about it. *They then dropped me as a client because I was not happy they didn’t disclose everything - also the first surrogate now works for them and is one of the reviews on here …. *I would recommend caution before proceeding with them - they are expensive , their pre screening is not great and they hide information from intended parents - Be aware if I could give less then one star I would

I cannot recommend Jenna and New Hope Surrogacy enough. She is very knowledgeable and was receptive to all of my questions, and concerns. I would absolutely recommend this agency whether you are intended parent or interested in being a surrogate.

Jenna has been delightful in guiding me through a journey. The entire process thus far has been efficient and thorough. I’m never left guessing what comes next. On too if the excellent handling of my business she is a genuinely beautiful soul and her passion for this industry is overflowing.
