Alabama Center for Reproductive Medicine (ACRM) – Birmingham

My husband and I went in for our first consultation, and were very happy with our appointment. They ran tests on me and bloodwork on both of us, and then we were able to talk to Dr. Mann about our options, what we were and were not comfortable with, and created an action plan with follow up appointments. This journey is already stressful and the information can be overwhelming, but Dr. Mann didn’t push anything on us, rather she told us our options and how things worked — what has greater chances, the procedures, etc., and let us decide. Overall, Dr. Mann was kind, understanding and very informative. She gave us the confidence that she’s treated and had success with other couples in a similar situation as us. We are excited to work together with Dr. Mann through this process.

Dr. Mann is really good. She explains everything clearly and takes the time to answer all of my questions. She is easy to talk to. I feel comfortable discussing my concerns with her, and she always listens attentively. I truly appreciate the excellent care she provides and would highly recommend her to others.

Dr Mann was very easy to talk to and allowed me to ask as many questions as I could think of. She made me feel like the questions I had were important, and even though the internet can mislead patients, she did not make me feel bad for doing my own research. She was very intelligent and very helpful.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this office. The staff has always been friendly and professional. Dr. Lorenthal was the first MD I experienced and she was incredibly kind and sweet. She answered all of my questions and summarized everything at the end. Dr. Mann performed my HSG and salpingectomy and she is a breathe of fresh air. When I had a million questions, she was happy to meet with me and discuss in detail. I appreciate her bubbly personality through such a difficult time and her attention to detail as I am a medically-complicated patient. I was also very pleased with the NP's. Couldn't have found a better group of providers!

Every single person my husband and I came into contact with at this office was so incredibly kind and caring. All staff members were extremely thoughtful and willing to go above and beyond to help in anyway they could. I cannot recommend enough! Thank you ACRM and Dr. Long for all you do. We are extremely grateful! Huge shoutout to the COO for making us feel seen and cared for! Such a fabulously run facility.
