I’ve had nothing but the best experience so far with this clinic (recommended by someone I know). They always get back to me (mostly at the end of the day) and always answer my questions. Definitely better than the one I was going to go to before this place.

We found it extremely hard to communicate with this office from the start. Spent thousands of dollars with them right away and we were literally told “I have no idea why youre not getting pregnant, only God knows.” They're happy to take your money though. Still getting bills almost 8 months later (after being told everything would be covered by insurance and we wouldn't owe) and we havent been back. They even sent me a bill for a procedure I had to pay for in advance. Not impressed.

Hands down the best service we have received for reproductive care after 2 years on this journey. Not alone was my wife’s question and concerns more than adequately addressed, her confidence for the future was restored. We are extremely grateful for Doctor Stephanie Green and the staff at Boston IVF.

Request the MD or, if scheduling issues, ask your general OB/Gyn physician to do procedures like SIS. Only way to ensure it is done professionally by someone with the full OB/Gyn medical training. This clinic relies on others, including an NP that is not women's health certified, to do some of their procedures. You want someone who can quickly recognize and manage complications if they arise. Not worth cutting corners when it comes to health and fertility care.

Not satisfied-- My situation was where a medical coder was supposed to submit it as medical diagnosis and it was submitted under fertility. After many many phone calls trying to correct (no one got back with me time and time again). They missed the window of where it was to be submitted to be corrected under medical. Therefore, once I spoke with the office manager she stated there was nothing they could do but provide a 60% discount (still not acceptable for me). I highly recommend doing business elsewhere so you are not wanting to be taken advantage of with them throwing multiple codes on your account that will drive the price of your bill and then insurance to decline you. Funny thing is: the Doctor here referred me to Washington University with Dr. Omurtag to perform the medical procedure in which was covered in full $30,000 MEDICAL procedure. $0 out of pocket.
