Beware! I was seen here and told it would be “impossible” for me to get pregnant and that I needed IVF in September. They told me my tubes were blocked and I believed them, went through the motions and days before my next appointment found out I was pregnant. I have also referred many people here and it seems like they tell EVERYONE their tubes are blocked!

Brown Fertility helped us conceive our miracle child! We had difficulty trying on our own so we seeked help through fertility. We loved the doctors & nurses from Brown. They were very helpful & understanding of our situation. After our second attempt of IUI, I finally got a positive pregnancy test! She is our little miracle from God. We couldn’t have done this without the help of Brown Fertility. I highly recommend them!

One of the worst medical experiences of our lifetime. So while, all of the other reviews of the clinic dodging you between “consultants” wasting your time and money are incredibly accurate. The sheer arrogance of Dr Brown himself outshines it all! So from our initial phone call we had one question to the clinic “would they be open to freezing our unfertilized eggs (instead of embryos) and working from there?” bc this is the only way we wanted to do it and we were extremely clear about it from the get go. Also, for this industry it is a very simple, fair and common question that we felt like we were ought to know before making our decision to work with them or not. With Dr Brown’s methods you go through the hoops of lab works, signing paperwork, financial consulting and God knows what else before that one question can even be answered. So we did our “quest” and finally we meet with Dr Brown. We ask him questions stating that that’s something that is very important to us…. Instead of giving us an answer he proceeds to challenge our convictions/ views on life/ religion/ God. We obviously didn’t come for spiritual advise so we again communicate how we would like to proceed (at this point stating that it stems from our convictions on sanctity of life and our faith). We are simply asking wether he can/ be willing to accommodate. He than proceeded to, again, undermine our convictions, insults us, being disrespectful and patronizing… again, avoiding giving us a clear yes or no. Since I have a genetic condition (which mind you, is minute, super common and doesn’t affect day to day in the slightest) Dr Brown gave us “an ultimatum” that he’d only help us if he could “discard” every embryo that inherited my genetic sequence bc, and I quite, “there would be no value in bringing a sick life into this world”. Am sorry, should it be up to parents to decide on such matter? They are the ones who’d be dealing with the consequences of their decision. In what kind Nazi Germany Dr Brown lives in his mind? My husband had enough at this point so he asked Brown if he is “implying that my wife’s life has no value bc of her genetic disorder?”. We obviously said that we won’t be working with him and proceeded to leave. While he was shouting at our backs that he wouldn’t have taken us as clients for IVF anyhow and he would “even refuse to do IUI for you”. Now, you might have very different convictions on this matter and I’m not here to change it. I am here to let people know that ANYONE seeking fertility treatment deserve better care that in their infinite wisdom Brown has to offer. Any struggling couple deserves better than a simply “law suit avoidance at all costs” approach from an audacious person. In our experience, Brown has abandoned his Hippocratic Oath, and isn’t tying to help anyone but his wallet. We would really like to caution anyone who considers Brown Fertility. This is not the place that strives to help nor sympathize with individuals who are already in a difficult life situation.

EDIT: I posted this review a few months ago, and would like to share further information for anyone who reads this. My wife is now on her 4th IUI cycle. 3/4 times this office has completely failed to send my wife's medication in time. Yes, this is a 75% failure rate on one of their most important aspects of their job and this entire process. My wife then has to spend HOURS on the phone with them before they send the medication over. Today, she called them on 3 separate occasions because the pharmacy stated that they still had not received anything from Brown. Every single time Brown assured her that Dr. Shaw would be sending the medication. 5pm comes around and the office is now closed and the medication was never sent. This completely messes up the timeline for our 4th IUI try and is devastating for my wife. I cannot possibly express this enough. We are only at this place because this is the only fertility clinic in our network. If you have ANY other option, go elsewhere. You will be treated horribly. You are nothing more than a number and a way for them to make money. --------- Both this location and the Baymeadows location may have given us the worst experience we have ever encountered working with any office in the medical field in general. The doctors are wonderful, but the issue starts once you have to begin dealing with the rest of the staff. They will schedule your appointment then have you waiting for literal hours past your appointment time, only to be completely unapologetic and give you completely conflicting medical advice from your last visit with no sufficient explanation as to why. Next, they will completely neglect to call in your time sensitive medication and be completely unwilling to help you when you explain this to the staff. Dealing with fertility issues can already be soul crushing and you would expect a fertility clinic to be helpful, kind, and professional because of this. Brown Fertility is none of these things. Instead, they help make what is already an incredibly stressful process become even worse.

Brown Fertility gave me an amazing experience. Especially with it being my first child. The patience, care and support they showed me and my wife was truly amazing. Special thanks to Nurse Jennie she was the best! My wife and I are so happy to be apart of the Brown Family now.
