My wife and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Chin and his office. We are currently pregnant with our third Chin-baby. We are beyond grateful for the family he and his team has helped us create.

Many of our friends have gone to Dr.Chin - with good reason. Where do I start? They are the most compassionate office who has supported us with kindness and direction. Front desk is always welcoming, financial office is well versed with insurance and providing guidance. His nursing staff - they truly care about their patients, and bringing a healthy baby to our family. I have had issues with medical providers in the past, Dr. Chin is the most kind, knowledgeable human - please don’t hesitate to ask him questions. Fertility is a very lonely road, and sometimes even with doctors you have to take a different path. Wouldn’t want to take it with anyone else other than the members of this office.

I’m so grateful I found Dr. Chin and his incredible team. They listened to my story and took the best care of me. My husband and I came there after a lot of loss and pain. Dr. Chin and his team gave us hope again. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

I came to Dr. Chin after having a really awful experience with the nursing staff at another huge fertility clinic in Cincinnati. I conceived my 1st through an IUI at the other clinic. When I switched to Dr. Chin’s office, the difference was night and day. ALL OF THE STAFF ARE AMAZING! They genuinely care. You won’t encounter a single rude or “checked out” staff member. After our 3rd IUI, I had my first miscarriage. Once we’d confirmed it at an office visit, Michelle (the nurse practitioner) and the other 2 nurses (Grace you are the kindest most amazing nurse I’ve ever met) lined up to give me hugs as I was walking out of the office. That DOES NOT happen in healthcare these days. When we moved on to IVF the nurses were still amazing. They were always happy to answer my questions and I never once felt like I was annoying them. Amanda and Tanya, I am so grateful to you both for always answering my questions with such care and genuine compassion. I’m pregnant with my 2nd child now and if we go back for #3 there is no question where I’ll go. Dr. Chin goes above and beyond for his patients. He does this because he loves helping families and it shows. Thank you and all of your staff for loving us through one of the most challenging and emotionally gut-wrenching times of our lives. Infertility impacts every single part of our lives, and you guys get it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dr. Chin & the amazing nurses at the Fertility Wellness Institute are truly one-of-a-kind! You feel more like family vs. just a statistic while under their care. We are so grateful we left the original RE we were seeing & that all the raving reviews about Dr. Chin were accurate! (We now have 3 amazing children who would not be here without the assistance of Dr. Chin 😉
