Too often, reviews like these focus solely on outcomes—such as whether eggs were retrieved or a baby was delivered. However, clinics offering elective procedures should prioritize the whole patient. I'm grateful that Dr. Tannaz Toloubeydokhti and The Center for Fertility and Gynecology took me on as a patient, approved me for exercise throughout my egg freezing journey, and that I successfully froze eggs through this process. However, I also experienced preventable complications during the egg retrieval procedure through A.R.T. Medical Group, which handles anesthesia and surgical aspects of care for the clinic. Despite a high pain tolerance and proactive steps to optimize my IV placement and medication dosage, the anesthesiologist, Emmanuel, did not adjust his technique until after my vein was blown and I insisted on switching arms. At that point, a nurse suggested using a small butterfly needle, which was ultimately used and resolved the issue immediately and pain-free. Additionally, excessive IV fluids were administered unnecessarily, and medication and anesthesia protocols were not tailored to individual tolerance, leading to severe swelling, delayed lymphatic drainage, and significant discomfort while traveling post-procedure. 📌 Based on this, I recommend Dr. Tannaz Toloubeydokhti and The Center for Fertility and Gynecology but urge patients to ask questions, articulate concerns, and speak up if in pain while preparing for procedures handled by A.R.T. Medical Group.

We went to see Dr. Vermesh after 2 failed IUI attempts at another clinic. We immediately felt at ease with him and we loved that he told us that he was in control so we could let go a bit. He was realistic about results and the finance team was upfront about all costs. One of the things we liked best was that he and typically the same nurse performed each and every ultrasound so he really got to know me and my case and the care felt personalized. The other clinic I went to felt like a fertility factory where I met with a different team each time I was seen. Also, he will try every treatment and protocol available to him to try for successful results. I am thrilled to announce we just welcomed our baby boy into the world after one successful IVF cycle. Thank you Dr. Vermesh!

Despite the challenges, their help made the journey smooth. They have become family and hold a special place in my heart. I knew from my first consultation that I was in the right place.
