We went to NYU after not having the best consultation with RMA. Made an appointment with Dr. Fritz as he had great reviews. Liked him right away as he didn’t pressure us into IVF or PGTA at first consultation. Gave us our options and ran several fertility tests to determine diagnosis. In the end my fertility age was causing recurring miscarriages and we decided on IVF. The front desk was always pleasant and I absolutely loved all the nurses! The OR nurses are particularly supportive during retrievals and transfers. Dr. Kuokkanen did my retrieval and Dr Goudas did transfer. The day of our transfer everyone was so supportive wishing us well. Our first cycle and transfer was a success and our daughter is 3 weeks old! IVF is a long process and we had a few setbacks but Dr Fritz and nurses always returned calls quickly and stayed positive. Fertility clinics are like a factory but you can’t let that bother you. It took me a minute to let go and trust the process.

The most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with. My husband went in for testing and we are going on two weeks begging for results. They tell us they have the results and they will fax it over and never do. We have to practically beg them to do their job. I will never deal with this place again.

Stay away, the Md I saw lack patient care qualities, it was more like a business. Didn’t care to offer telling me why I needed to take a certain med and didn’t even suggest taking supplements. Most of the RN team was very nice except for one. And Fatima in billing have attitude issues and need to be retrained on her job with patient communication. Don’t go there. I wish I knew before I started my treatment there. MD barely in contact with me didn’t discuss a strategy and I just went through the entire process blindly.

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk receptionist at this office. The staff was rude and disrespectful, which left me questioning how the rest of the office operates. I have yet to meet with the doctors, but if the front desk behavior is any indication, I’m not sure I want to continue with this office. Additionally, they have an answering service that takes your information but never follows up with a call to schedule an appointment. Save your time and consider going elsewhere.

Dr Fritz is God sent. Truly an amazing doctor who cares and loves his profession. He helped us every step of the way, it’s not easy going through infertility but having a caring, supportive and knowledgeable doctor helps a lot! He always returned my phone calls and answered all my questions along the way. Only thing I used to wish for is I had found him sooner and not wasted my time on other doctors but Gods timing and a little bit of science is what we needed 🙂 Thank you Dr. Fritz, we are forever grateful for our daughter thanks to you!
