My husband and I have been TTC since 2014, we are active duty military so we move a lot and have been on this emotional roller coaster for years. My husband and I had both loved Dr. HSU and we were excited to have him as our new provider. He took great notes and was very thorough. We were getting ready to try IUI again until we found out Dr. HSU was leaving MU Healthcare. He left without putting in any referrals to go somewhere else. He left us hanging high and dry and now we are having to start the infertility journey over once again! My husband and I both are very upset.

Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. The entrance off of Berrywood is the 1st photo and go in the brick entrance (2nd photo) saying "Keene Medical Center" and is on the North Side of the building (NOT the main entrance to the Hospital on West Side of Building) take elevator to 2nd floor, make a right and then a left and they're at the end of the hall on the left hand side.

I give this doctors office 5 stars. Very friendly and helpful staff. But, I rate the overall experience a 10. The comfort of the couch to do the deed was uncomfortable. But it got the job done. I rate that 5/10. Entertainment to get the job done was 1/10. I was not giving any entertainment so I had to use my phone. Make sure you bring your own ear buds. Other than that. Thank you.

Please don’t waste your time or money trying to have child through this clinic. We delayed our fertility journey by at least 6 months here. It was all “let’s do this test and we’ll call you in 30 days”. Over, and over, and over again. We sought a second opinion with another clinic and were diagnosed on DAY ONE. No expensive/painful tests necessary, and I wish I had read a review telling me skip this clinic before I endured that. We paid less to the clinic who successfully gave us a positive test versus this one. You will find better treatment elsewhere.

I have to say, all of the staff and doctors here were absolutely fantastic. I was pretty nervous about a procedure and they were so supportive and understanding. They even had a nurse whose sole purpose appeared to be to hold my hand and help me feel more comfortable. Dr. Schust's bedside manner was fantastic and he walked me through exactly what to expect. Even the people at the front desk seemed to enjoy their jobs and to be having a good time. I can't say that I'm eager to go back and do it all again, but if I ever have to, I would absolutely go here.
