Though I have not completed the ivf cycle yet I am in love with this clinic. I just had my first egg retrieval and the procedure and everything in the weeks leading up to it went so smoothly. They awnser all my questions so kindly and with no judgement and they make it very clear whats happening and next steps. Also the nurse I have interacted with a few times and was my nurse pre and post procedure was amazing. Brianna knows exactly what shes doing and makes sure your in the know and comfortable. I am very confident that I chose the right clinic and am very excited to keep moving forward with them.

The billing practices at this clinic are very deceptive when it comes to a “consult” appointment. Even worse customer service when you call to inquire about it. Beware of your bill getting increased if you complain. My wife even reached out to the nurse practitioner she saw and the nurse practitioner agreed that the charge was high. Take your business elsewhere!!

DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THIS CLINIC!!! Originally I got a bill for $535 and I called and spoke with billing who resubmitted the bill and was told their was a billing error so then I received a bill for $760 JUST FOR THE CONSULTATION with a nurse practitioner on a video visit where she was frozen I could only hear her. Absolutely insane!! My insurance is like many that do not cover infertility services but they still submit the consult to insurance. However they will make sure you pay everything else in cash after the consult. All I wanted to do was get set up for an embryo transfer.

Our time with the Aurora Bay Fertility Clinic was an overall great experience. They were extremely thorough, we felt very “taken care of” and because of them, we are finally pregnant. My husband and I are extremely grateful for this clinic and how they treated us throughout our IVF journey. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

This clinic is terrible! Everything starts with customer service and that is terrible to begin with. Forever to get in for an appointment and nothing but rudeness. They just want to get you in and out without explaining anything. I received my semen analysis back and they let me know they will not be able to help me understand the information. Does not make sense if you ask me! I would steer clear of this clinic and save yourself the stress and time. They just want to do their job quickly and not worry about anything else. I would give 0 stars if I could!
