Reviews
Dr. Keller and the whole RMA Bellevue team is the reason I am having a little boy in a few weeks. I love this clinic and highly recommend it to others. So thankful for them!
Fertility treatment is not always rainbows and butterflies. It can be one of the most emotionally, physically, and mentally challenging journeys a person can go through. Through every high and low, the team at this clinic provided exceptional care, support, and guidance. What stood out most was how genuinely cared for we felt throughout the entire process. Every person we interacted with—from the doctors to the nurses and support staff—seemed personally invested in our journey. We never felt like just another patient. Everyone was kind, compassionate, responsive, and truly involved in our experience. Dr. Lin and her team are truly outstanding. I trust them completely and would trust them to make the best decisions for my care every step of the way. Their knowledge, compassion, and honesty helped me navigate a difficult process with confidence. While the road to parenthood isn't always easy, having a team you can trust makes all the difference. The journey may be tough, but the end result is absolutely worth it. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering fertility treatment. A huge thank you to Dr. Lin, Dr. Keller, Sally, Kara, all the embryologists and everyone else that helped us along the way. We couldn't have done it without you and we are beyond grateful for you all!
If you haven’t started yet, consider choosing another clinic if your goal is to start a family without unnecessary delays. So far, our experience with RMA has been extremely disappointing. The operation appears disorganized, with poor internal communication that has resulted in repeated mistakes and ongoing confusion. A major issue involved a routine screening sample that was taken and reportedly sent to a lab. The process took far longer than expected. Despite multiple follow-ups, we received vague responses such as “short staffed” or “it’s taking a bit longer.” Because of the prolonged delay, we contacted the lab directly and were told they had not received the sample. As a result, weeks were lost in the process. This delay is especially concerning because the screening results are required before beginning IUI treatment. In fertility care, timing matters, and unnecessary delays add significant stress to an already sensitive process. At this point, we are already deep into treatment and are hoping the remainder of the process improves. If not, we will need to consider another provider and restart the process.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Lin and her team. She provides comprehensive, compassionate, and deeply personalized care, and we are overjoyed to be pregnant following our first embryo transfer with her. I sought out Dr. Lin for a second opinion after two failed embryo transfers with PGT-tested 5AA embryos at my prior clinic, PNWF. We have a healthy daughter from our first embryo transfer in 2022, so the subsequent failures were devastating and confusing. With only one embryo remaining, my prior RE attributed the failures to embryo quality and, at most, suggested a hysteroscopy for further assessment. Dr. Lin took a different and far more thorough approach. She recommended a comprehensive evaluation, including a pelvic MRI that was covered by my insurance and ultimately identified the underlying issue. Importantly, this problem would not have been detected by hysteroscopy alone, meaning we likely would have proceeded with another failed transfer had we stayed at PNWF. Dr. Lin also completed the hysteroscopy as part of a thoughtful, complete workup. With this clarity and appropriate treatment, we moved our final embryo from PNWF to RMA and our subsequent transfer was successful. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Lin and my awesome care coordinator, Kara, were willing to meet and answer questions as often as needed. This made an enormous difference for treatment planning, monitoring, and my peace of mind. I felt seen as a whole person and exceptionally well cared for. Finally, our embryo transfer experience itself was wonderful. It was clear how invested Dr. Lin, Kara, the embryologist, and the entire staff were in our experience. Their compassion, warmth, and positivity made the day special and memorable. I am forever grateful, not only for what Dr. Lin and her team have done for me and my family, but for how they made us feel throughout the entire journey.
We should have known at our first appointment when a picture came off the wall and whacked my husband in the head, leaving a knot for a couple days that this office was a mess. Terrible communication. Was told many times I would hear from my patient coordinator and never got a call. We’ve consulted with five clinics and the communication at RMA has been the absolute worst. Go anywhere else. They do not have any sensitivity for how precious each week in this process is. Cherry on the cake was 5.5 weeks after our last appointment, my husband and I took time off work for the appointment, just to have them tell us RMA doesn’t want to take us on a patients because of a previous health issue. We did not need to take time off work to be told that. When they were scheduling the appointment I said over and over that we just needed to know if we were approved for care….instead we had to wait another week and half and take time of work for the rejection. Much, much better experience at Pinnacle Fertility.
