Great experience working with the Leesburg team! Special shout out to Claudia who was the best person to see. So positive and encouraging! And my nurse Theresa who helped with my anxiety weekly lol. Would recommend this team to anyone looking for compassionate care!

It's been a few months since I graduated from Shady Grove Fertility, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize several people who made a very stressful experience so much better. First, Dr. Swelstad was my physician, and I truly appreciated his constant positivity, encouragement, and genuine interest in us as a couple throughout the process. My nurse, Sophie, was wonderful. She always had the right demeanor when relaying sensitive news and consistently made me feel supported and cared for. Vanessa and Claudia, whom I saw frequently during my treatment, were always so positive, engaging, and thoughtful during appointments. Their kindness and warmth never went unnoticed, and I genuinely miss seeing them. Lastly, Bailey, the PA, is a natural in this field. She is kind, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable, but what stood out most was her empathy. She always took the time to listen and made me feel seen and understood. It was always a pleasure whenever I had an appointment with her. Thank you to everyone at SGF who played a role in our care. We are so grateful for the support, compassion, and professionalism we experienced throughout our journey.

Everyone at this location is extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. They are amazing at making me feel very comfortable whenever I have to have testing or imaging done. Everyone from the front desk staff, Vanessa, to the bloodwork tech, Claudia, and all of the others I have interacted with, (Bailey, Jackie, Julie, Theresa, Dr. Khan, and everyone else) have always been supportive and informative whenever I needed something.

His expertise, compassion, and ability to explain every step of the process gave me so much confidence and peace during such an emotional journey. What truly makes this clinic outstanding is the incredible team behind him. Claudia in the lab was always efficient and kind, making every lab visit smooth and stress-free. Vanessa at the front desk was so welcoming and organized, always greeting me with warmth and making scheduling effortless. The nursing team — Stephanie, Theresa, and Mckenzie — are absolutely amazing. They are knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive, always answering my questions quickly and making me feel reassured throughout every stage of treatment. Their kindness made such a difference. A special thank you as well to Jacki (PCC) for helping coordinate everything seamlessly and to Coleen, the manager, for leading such a professional and compassionate team. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about their patients and goes above and beyond to provide personalized support. Fertility treatment can feel overwhelming, but this team made me feel hopeful, supported, and never alone. I’m so grateful to be under the care of Dr. Khan and the entire Leesburg Shady Grove team. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone beginning their fertility journey. 💕✨

I can only give positive reviews for this facility and the whole team working here. I had bad experiences with the previous IVF fertility but Shady Grove fertility in Leesburg gives me so much confidence that this journey will be successful. I feel at ease with the whole process from the beginning till the end. Dr. Khan and his PA are so knowledgeable and kind! The staffs-from Vanessa the front desk lady to the phlebotomist- Claudia and Wendy are so friendly and efficient. My coordinator Jackie and my nurse Mackenzie are awesome to work with along with other nurses in between. They are so helpful and responsive! Thank you Taylor for being so throughout with financial information. Coleen the office manager is so friendly and welcoming. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for creating this miracle baby for us. We're forever grateful!!
