This clinic is the worst; I don't recommend it. They don't provide information when you need it, they're not there during treatment, they miss cycles, the schedules don't match what the doctor says, I received racist treatment and clinical mistreatment, and they overcharged us because their information is inconsistent. Honestly, don't put something as precious as your hopes in a clinic like this. It's the worst experience I've ever had. They don't even do proper tests before the first transfer, and they make many mistakes during the transfer itself. If you hear me, don't make the mistake of falling into their hands. Look for other options because I'm not the first person to have this bad experience with this clinic.

I had a minor surgery here and had a great experience. Everyone was very kind and answered any questions I had. I am a “give me all the information possible” person and I feel once I communicated that they went out of their way to provide detailed explanations of everything. Dr. Conway was especially great!

It’s hard to leave an above average review when the office is inconsistent with information (which is vital for a fertility clinic). Most of the nurses and doctors have been good, but every once in a while you end up with a nurse who is simply rude and has no manners and you wonder why they are in this profession. You have to be your advocate and ask lots of questions. Make sure you do all the research you can before going to your appointments because if you don’t ask - they won’t really explain it. Good luck.
