My experience with Pinnacle Fertility Virginia has been amazing. The doctors and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The nurses and team are kind, responsive, and truly care about their patients. The entire process felt organized and professional. I’m so grateful for their care and would highly recommend Pinnacle Fertility Virginia to anyone on their fertility journey.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Pinnacle Fertility of Virginia, and I’m especially grateful for the care and support I’ve received from Dr. DiMattina and my nursing coordinator, Natalie. Dr. DiMattina is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and I always felt confident in his guidance throughout my treatment. He took the time to clearly explain options, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure I felt comfortable with each step of the process. His calm, reassuring approach made what can be a stressful journey feel much more manageable. Natalie, my nursing coordinator, has been absolutely amazing. She is responsive, organized, and genuinely kind, always making herself available to help with scheduling, medication questions, and next steps. Her communication is clear and timely, and she consistently made me feel supported and cared for. The entire clinic runs efficiently, and the staff creates a welcoming, professional environment. I’m truly thankful for the team at Pinnacle Fertility of Virginia and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking compassionate and expert fertility care.

Originally, I had gone to Shady Grove, which Gave me a very negative opinion of them and made me feel like a number not important. Dominion Fertility was the most beneficial impressive Fertility clinic. Natalie Sofie was there helpful and walked me through all the steps that were coming up and then I was going through currently. Mary my financial navigator was very helpful when it came to payments and options. She even saved me money with other options. When I had graduated(heard a heartbeat) they allowed me to take one last sonogram when I was having complications to make me feel secure and relieved that everything was OK. They are very thorough and made sure that every step was followed before they implanted the embryo in me. All their hard work resulted in a healthy happy baby boy. I’m 52 years old and the eyes were not in my favor yet they made it happen they are highly recommended. You will not regret choosing them above any other. I wish I could post pictures. He’s adorable.

I've had a fantastic experience with Pinnacle Fertility Virginia since switching over from Shady Grove. Dr. DiMattina took time to understand my healthcare goals, was candid about what to expect, and was honest about how much time, effort, and money is reasonable to put into this. In the high-stakes world of fertility, where it's easy for providers to take advantage of patients' intense hopes and worries, I *always* felt like I was getting truthful answers. I also want to highlight that the entire staff was exceptional. Mariana was always easy to get ahold of, consistently responded to messages the same business day, and was incredibly patient and helpful with my many, many questions. She made sure I went into my first round feeling totally prepared for what can be an overwhelming process of mixing meds, calculating doses, and sticking yourself with a lot of needles. Her consistent and empathetic care and support made the entire process feel manageable and predictable. The rest of the staff -- at the front desk, at monitoring appointments, during retrieval, and in the billing department -- were also consistently helpful, responsive, and proactive in doing everything they could to make this process as smooth, comfortable, and affordable as it could be. The portal is easy to navigate, and the options to text my care team made communication on-the-go easy. And the 24 hr nurse's hotline was a godsend when I had a late-night question that I really needed an immediate answer to. Also there is 2hr street parking right outside, and I never had any issues finding a spot, which was great for a suburbanite like me who stresses over city parking. I am so, so glad I switched over, and as I get ready for my next cycle, I feel so confident that I'm heading into this with a really reliable, supportive team of professionals around me.

I am a new patient and not yet finished with my procedure, so this is just an overview of the process so far. I really appreciate the prompt responses I’ve received to any questions. I have been able to easily access someone via phone or through the portal. It was also easy to schedule my initial consult. Dr. Sarajari was well prepared for my appointment and answered any questions we may have. She was patient and supportive of our needs. I just had my first appointment in the facility and it was clean and I was seen on time. Both the front staff and nurse practitioner were friendly and met me with smiles. I have been with several different fertility clinics and have high hopes for this one.
