Dr. Nurudeen has been attentive to my overall needs, writing down my concerns, etc. I feel like there's a lack of communication with the Dr. though. I only communicated with her once at the beginning of my fertility journey and then with nursing staff via chat mostly. It feels like there is a lack of personalization.

Wow the best experience just fair everyone in the office is so helpful friendly the doctor himself very educated also makes you feel like everything is gonna work out the phlebotomist she was born front desk lady so sweet and the ladies at the back days just as sweet. I love it there. I’m glad I chose this place.

Aspire HFI has been hands down the BEST place for any and all fertility needs. We started our journey three years ago with our first child, and are continuing now with our second. The staff at the clinic and the surgery center are always so kind, patient and understanding. When you’re going through a process that can be both heartbreaking and hopeful, they know exactly how to uplift and encourage through every step of the way. We are blessed to call this clinic home. And every single person there, front the front desk to the top Doc, are a blessing to everyone they meet.

Since I came to the USA, I have never met any obgyn/endocrinologist as thorough and precise as Dr Kemi and her team. Nurse Megan was a sweetheart. I felt loved and heard. The Lady that took my blood samples was also amazing. I did not feel any pain when the needle entered. A book was given to me as well by the front desk. I have finally found a team that cares about me. My total experience was 100. Lastly, they are within my insurance BCBS.

If you’re looking for a fertility clinic where you’re treated like a human being and not just a chart, this office truly stands out. My appointment was kept on time, and from the moment I arrived, the office staff and medical team were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—something that already sets the tone in what can be a very stressful process. What really made this experience a 10/10 was the doctor. Dr. Dunn was unlike any physician I’ve spoken with before. I felt truly heard and understood, not rushed or dismissed. He was compassionate and patient, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel overwhelmed or unintelligent. That balance—being thorough without being intimidating—made an enormous difference for me. Fertility appointments can feel heavy and emotional, but I left this one feeling supported, respected, and informed. If you’re anxious, overwhelmed, or just want a provider who treats you with empathy and care, I would absolutely recommend this clinic.
