I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this team. Tutu, the nurse practitioner, has been incredible throughout all of my ultrasounds. She is so gentle, knowledgeable, and reassuring, and always takes the time to make me feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. Lorena, my nurse and phlebotomist, is absolutely amazing. She is so skilled and gentle that you barely feel the needle, which makes such a difference because I’m a chicken when it comes to needles. She always brings a calm, positive energy that helps put you at ease right away. Charise at the front desk is equally wonderful. She is always warm, kind, and welcoming, and never hesitates to answer questions with patience and care. She truly makes you feel supported from the moment you walk in. I gladly drive further just to be seen by this team because they are truly exceptional. They have been such a meaningful source of comfort and support throughout my journey at SGF and I am incredibly grateful for each and every one of them. Their compassion, kindness, and dedication make all the difference. Thank you ladies! 💕

Miss Courtney has been so kind to me. Once I call, she is always willing to help me with all my questions, and it doesn't matter if I ask the same thing over and over again, she’s always very patient and listens to everything I have to say. The SG staff is also very friendly and respectful. I love this place. I will start my treatment to get pregnant soon, and I am very hopeful that everything will go well.

Shady Grove Fertility in Woodbridge truly sets a standard of care that you just can’t find anywhere else. I find my experience using Shady Grove Fertility Clinic to be very different from what I first imagined when I made the choice to begin my fertility journey. I expected the environment to be very clinical and cold and was very pleasantly surprised to find that this was not the case. Dr. Hsu and her staff are very knowledgeable and professional, but what impresses me the most is the level of caring, empathy and genuine warmth they display. This journey can be very emotional, and having the positive support of the professionals guiding me through the process makes a tremendous difference. The Clinical Team PCC, Courtney, shepherded me through the prescreening process. Her encouragement and responsiveness were greatly appreciated and made the entire process much less daunting. I am still going through my treatment plan and hoping for a positive outcome but am encouraged by the knowledge that I am working with such a great team!

I had the absolute best experience while under the care of SGF! The entire staff was amazing. I never had issues with any of my care team and they always followed up when I was going through treatment. Dr. Hsu is the sweetest and thanks to her and her team, my husband and I were able to conceive and have welcomed our baby boy! A dream come true!
