Our journey didn’t start here, we came to Shady Grove after having a difficult and frustrating experience with another clinic in The Woodlands. By the time we arrived, we were anxious, guarded, and honestly a little heartbroken. From the very first appointment, everything felt different. We were met with compassion, clarity, and a level of care that immediately put us at ease in a way we hadn’t felt before. Dr. Griffith is truly exceptional. He combines deep expertise with genuine kindness and patience, and you can feel how much he truly cares about his patients. His team reflects that same warmth and dedication, every nurse, coordinator, and staff member treated us with empathy, encouragement, and respect. We never felt like just another patient; we felt seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. What made the biggest impact was how comforting they made the process feel. Fertility treatment can be overwhelming and emotional, but they consistently created an environment that felt hopeful instead of fearful. They guided us through each step with reassurance, answered every question thoughtfully, and helped us rebuild confidence in the process. Because of this team, something that once felt so heavy became something we could carry with hope again. Today, we are expecting our miracle baby in December and we will always be grateful for the care that helped get us here. My experience with Shady Grove was truly phenomenal. The fertility journey is not easy, but Dr. Shah and his team made us feel genuinely cared for and seen every step of the way. During our journey, I also had procedures performed by Dr. Griffiths and Dr. Bruno-Gaston, and both experiences were wonderful. Every doctor and team member we encountered showed compassion and professionalism throughout the process. Dr. Shah always took the time to answer every question I had, and whenever we faced a hurdle, he already had a thoughtful plan for the next steps. Although I was fortunate not to go through many fertility cycles, even during moments of heartbreak, Dr. Shah and the team listened to our concerns with compassion and care. At no point did I ever feel like just another number. Honestly, I was a little sad when I graduated from the clinic because everyone — from the front desk staff and finance team to the nurses and medical staff — was so kind and supportive. I was truly going to miss seeing them regularly. I am incredibly grateful to say that we were successful in our journey to become pregnant, and we owe so much of that to Dr. Shah and the entire Shady Grove team. Looking forward to meeting our baby in October.

After experiencing three losses, I was referred to Aspire, where I met Dr. Griffith. From the very beginning, he was informative, realistic, and incredibly supportive of our decisions. With his guidance, we were able to achieve a viable pregnancy, which resulted in the birth of our son. Our experience with him was so positive that when we decided to try for another child, it was important to us to find him again. We were thrilled to reconnect with him at Shady Grove, and I can honestly say he is just as exceptional as we remembered. Not only that, but his entire office is phenomenal—from the front desk staff to the nurses. One person who truly stood out was Michelle Brewer. Her compassion and genuine care during my visits made an emotional and often stressful process so much easier to navigate. Thanks to the incredible level of care we received at Shady Grove, we were able to conceive our second son. A big part of that success was the unwavering support and dedication shown throughout my journey.

Dr. Shah is an amazing doctor. From the beginning to the end of our journey he has taken his time to sit down and educated us regarding our entire journey and what would be required to have a successful outcome. Dr. Shah made sure there were no questions left unanswered & there was no such thing as a silly question. Throughout our entire treatment, he would always make sure to checks on us to see how we’re doing mentally and how we’re feeling physically. Not only Dr. Shah is an amazing doctor, his staff are is outstanding and very helpful. Especially Nurse Rachel, who is very patient and showed me so much compassion. There was never a time that Nurse Rachel left without assisting me, especially when it comes to making sure I had all of my prescription to help prepare me by making sure I’m taking the right dosage orally and injecting the right dosage. Thank you so much for all that you have done for us. We really appreciate it. I’m so excited that you guys help make my dream come true & we are patiently waiting to meet our bundle of joy. I would highly recommend anyone seeking to start a family to see Dr. Shah, he will make sure to help you the best way possible.

After a year and a half of infertility and a loss, we were referred to Dr. Shah and this was the best next step we could have taken in our TTC journey. From the very first appt, Dr. Shah made my husband and I feel like family and that he was in this with us. He wanted to fully understand my history and run a full work up on both my husband and I before starting a plan. Once we did, he knew exactly which route he wanted to take and he really is the expert because our treatment plan worked on the 1st try! I love that he really tailored our plan to us and our bodies and not just straight to IUI or IVF. Throughout every appt, phone call, portal message, Dr. Shah's entire team was amazing to work with. The girls at the front desk knew exactly who I was every single time I walked in which made it feel like a second home. Dr. Shah would even call me himself even after I spoke to the nurses just to check on me mentally. He not only cares about your physical health but also mentally and he truly understands this whole process can be mentally draining. And Dr. Shah's nurses Leah and Rachael were amazing! Especially Leah, I got the pleasure of working with her the most and it didn't matter how many times I called or emailed, she never rushed out conversation, answered any question I had and provided the reassurance I needed especially in the beginning of my pregnancy when the anxiety was very high. She truly is one of the best nurses I've ever be a patient of. Overall, our experience here was truly amazing and I can't thank Dr. Shah and his team enough for helping my husband and I create our rainbow baby! I would recommend Dr. Shah to anyone who is struggling with infertility, you will really feel like you are a part of the SGF family and you will never be alone with them!
