If you are considering care or treatments at the fertility clinic in Irving Texas…. RUN! Do NOT go here. It is an absolute nightmare getting in context with anyone from the nurse line or receiving any follow ups by the actual provider that you chose. The staff are all new I suppose, which makes the process of getting established as a new patient a terrible experience for couples that is excited to try and conceive or start their family planning journey. In a 3 day time period I have contacted this clinic more than 10 times without a response or direct clarification from a clinical nurse not even a response to messages on their portal about my referrals requests, lab orders and other concerns that I have and that’s quite scary for a potential mother to know that you will not be a priority during pregnancy either. I truly believe the irving staff specially are clueless which makes Dr Dillion look bad as well. I have decided to seek treatment elsewhere and canceled all future schedule visits here. So definitely do you research. I do not recommend this place at all.

IVF can be scary and unpredictable but it truly does help having amazing people on your team/journey and I really can not put into words how grateful I am for Daisy being my coordinator and also for Dr.Le and Dr.Dillon for being so understanding and just so kind. I could not see myself going through this process anywhere else! 🩷

****part one ****. If you’re considering IVF through IVFMD, I highly recommend taking a few minutes to read our experience. My wife and I began our reciprocal IVF journey with IVFMD, and we are now pregnant with twins. While this journey came with its ups and downs, we can honestly say we could not have done it without Dr. Dillion and her medical assistant, Kathy. Before anything else, I want to emphasize this: we almost left this clinic due to ongoing issues with the billing department. The confusion, lack of communication, and stress were overwhelming at times. But the reason we stayed and the reason we’re so grateful today is because of Dr. Dillion and Kathy. They made everything worth it. Dr. Dillion was so much more than just our doctor. She truly took the time to get to know us, not just as patients, but as people. She knew our kids, celebrated our milestones, and made us feel genuinely cared for every step of the way. IVF can be filled with anxiety and fear, but she always reassured me, answered every question, and created a space where I felt safe and supported. She has a warmth about her that makes you feel like family, and during a journey like IVF, that kind of care is everything. Kathy has been with us since our very first appointment all the way through to the day we graduated from the clinic, and I truly don’t have enough words to express how incredible she is. It takes a special kind of person to support IVF patients, and Kathy has that and so much more. We emailed her constantly, sometimes 10–15 times a day for months, and she always responded quickly and kindly. She never once made us feel like a burden. Her calm, reassuring presence made such a difference for us. She went above and beyond, even ordering extra bloodwork just to give us peace of mind. You know you’re in a great clinic when you graduate and your kids say, “I’m really going to miss Kathy and Dr. Dillion.” Although they weren’t our primary doctors, Dr. Le and Dr. Raj also went out of their way to support us, even calling after hours to answer questions and offer guidance. That level of care across the team meant so much. At 6 weeks pregnant, I experienced a hematoma that caused heavy bleeding, one of the scariest moments of my life. Kathy immediately got me into the office, and Dr. Dillion saw me right away for a scan. My wife was having surgery at the time, so I was physically alone, but I never felt alone. These two women supported me, comforted me, and carried me through that moment. After that, they monitored me weekly, and we watched my body heal. Today, I’m 9 weeks pregnant with healthy twins, and I will never forget the care they gave me during that time. ***My wife is posting a part 2 explaining the billing issues***

Thank you IVF MD Clinic for being such an important part of our journey. I would like to share our experience and review of IVFMD Clinic. A friend referred us to the clinic when we were in a very confused and emotional state, unsure whether to move forward with the process. It felt overwhelming, time-consuming, expensive, and emotionally draining, and we were feeling quite depressed and uncertain about what to do next. However, from the very first time we met Dr. Lee, we felt a sense of hope and reassurance. Dr. Lee is incredibly calm, knowledgeable, process-oriented, and supportive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions with patience, and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. His professionalism, compassion, and positive attitude truly made a big difference in our journey. The staff at IVFMD Clinic have also been wonderful. They are very organized, helpful, and accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments and explaining each step of the process in detail. Each patient is assigned a nurse, and Nurse Daisy was assigned to us. She has been amazing throughout our journey. Daisy is calm, kind, and extremely helpful. Whenever we had questions or concerns, we could email her, and she would respond quickly after checking with the doctor. Her prompt communication and caring nature helped ease our minds in so many situations. I received truly wonderful support—both physically and emotionally—from Dr. Shannon and Nurse Daisy. They sincerely listened to our concerns and anxieties and supported us with great compassion, allowing us to complete our journey with confidence and peace of mind. The front desk staff were also very courteous, and we experienced no issues with scheduling or appointments. If you are planning fertility treatment, I highly recommend choosing this clinic without hesitation.
